But in the mean time, the resources on earth on which human beings depending are decreased gradually. The environment we relying for existence are facing many threats. In such a back ground, a “Green Tide” rose in 1920s’ throughout the whole world. And a “Green Revolution” aimed at sustainable developments has risen vigorously. The green activities are beginning to permeate in many fields. As an industry with strong prehension and connection, modern logistic is the pillar of national economy in many countries. The emergence of new economy and inter has given new knowledge, new technology and new management thinking to logistics field，and promoting logistics industry to develop towards specilalization and largescale. However, with the increment of quantity and transformation of management, and largescale orientation of equipment and tools, the effects logistics put on ecology environment are being more and more serious. In such a background, developed countries put forward the concept of “Green Logistics”. Green logistics is a kind of green activity aiming at sustainable developments and permeating into the field of Logistics. At present, Green Logistics is still a totally new concept lacking mature theoretical system to support. But the social and economic value it having showed us is great. The thesis gives full study on the concept of Green Logistics, back ground of its emergence and important value, and gives systematic study on theoretical basis and achieving strategy. Key words: green logistics。 可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀強調(diào)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展必須與資源環(huán)境的承載能力相協(xié)調(diào)以自然資源的高投入、高消耗為特征的短期粗放型經(jīng)濟行為，存在著諸多弊端，例如，消耗大量的不可再生資源，引起環(huán)境惡化和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)失 衡，嚴重制約了社會和經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)發(fā)展，甚至直接威脅到人類的生存。它通過將產(chǎn)品設(shè)計與環(huán)境保護融為一體，使產(chǎn)品從原材料選擇、功能設(shè)計和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計上滿足環(huán)保要求，使產(chǎn)品報廢后的拆卸、重用更加容易；通過清潔生產(chǎn)技術(shù)，使生產(chǎn)過程中的能源消耗和浪費最少。 綠色物流是連接綠色制造和綠色消費之間的紐帶。隨著國際社會對人類共同生存環(huán)境 的關(guān)注，在國際貿(mào)易中，與貿(mào)易有關(guān)的環(huán)境保護要求將增加企業(yè)成本支出，最終影響企業(yè)的競爭力。 ISO14000 不僅適用于第一 、第二產(chǎn)業(yè)，也適用于第三產(chǎn)業(yè)。我國物流企業(yè)要想在國際市場上占據(jù)一席之地，發(fā)展綠色物流將是其理性選擇。另一方面，經(jīng)營者和消費者對域外物流綠色經(jīng)營消費理念仍非常淡薄，綠色物流的思想幾乎為零。 由此可見，我國的綠色物流與發(fā)達國家尚有較大差距，物流綠色化對我們來說，還有相當漫長的一段路途。 綠色物流的發(fā)展研究分析 –3– 二、 綠色物流產(chǎn)生的主要理論基礎(chǔ) （一） 綠色物流的概念及特征 綠色物流的定義 綠色物流（ Green Logistics）是 20 世紀 90 年代中期才被提出的一個新概念目前還沒有統(tǒng)一的定義。因此，綠色物流可稱作是可持續(xù)的物流。從生命周期的不同階段看，綠色物流活動分別
