accidents. Although our country has made great efforts in the aspect of safety management, the construction safety management level has not been improved significantly. Construction safety is a plex and arduous system project, which always makes major research topic in the field of hydraulic engineering construction project. Hazard is the main root cause safety accidents, is the fundamental cause of the accident. This article revolves around reservoir hazard management of the construction site, the construction of the hazard in the process of production has carried on the detailed theoretical analysis, from the hazards of concept, constituent elements and the trigger condition of accident hazards. In this paper, the second bureau of henan water conservancy construction of henan province nanyang TongBaiXian step stone river reservoir as an example, studies the reservoir safety analysis and evaluation of the process of construction. To this end, this paper mainly in the following aspects were studied: ① using the beforehand risk analysis of hazards on construction site are identified。 。但水利工程施工過(guò)程中屢屢發(fā)生的安全事故不僅阻礙了水利行業(yè)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,也給人民群眾帶來(lái)了巨大的健康威脅和無(wú)法彌補(bǔ)的財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。水庫(kù)建設(shè)工程具有設(shè)計(jì)多樣化、工序復(fù)雜、工期較長(zhǎng)、施工流動(dòng)性大、施工環(huán)境惡劣、立體交叉作業(yè)頻繁以及施工操作人員整體素質(zhì)偏低等特點(diǎn),決定了水庫(kù) 工程施工生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中難以回避的不確定性,使得施工過(guò)程和工作環(huán)境復(fù)雜多變,因而容易誘發(fā)安全事故。由于危險(xiǎn)源是誘發(fā)安全事故的主要根源,是導(dǎo)致安全事故的根本性原因。 ② against hazards for the corresponding safety management measures。 The
