【正文】 畢 業(yè) 論 文 題 目: 石步河水庫(kù)施工 危險(xiǎn)源辨識(shí)與控制 學(xué) 院: 專 業(yè): 安全工程 姓 名: 學(xué) 號(hào): 指導(dǎo)老師: 完成 時(shí)間: 河南城建學(xué)院本科畢業(yè) 論文 摘要 I 摘 要 隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮與突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,水利行業(yè)作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來(lái)了發(fā)展的黃金時(shí)期,近年來(lái),一些大中型水庫(kù)水壩相繼開(kāi)工建設(shè),如小浪底大壩、三峽大壩等。但水利工程施工過(guò)程中屢屢發(fā)生的安全事故不僅阻礙了水利行業(yè)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,也給人民群眾帶來(lái)了巨大的健康威脅和無(wú)法彌補(bǔ)的財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。水庫(kù)建設(shè)工程具有設(shè)計(jì)多樣化、工序復(fù)雜、工期較長(zhǎng)、施工流動(dòng)性大、施工環(huán)境惡劣、立體交叉作業(yè)頻繁以及施工操作人員整體素質(zhì)偏低等特點(diǎn),決定了水庫(kù) 工程施工生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中難以回避的不確定性,使得施工過(guò)程和工作環(huán)境復(fù)雜多變,因而容易誘發(fā)安全事故。雖然我國(guó)在安全管理方面做出了很大的努力,但施工安全管理水平并沒(méi)有得到顯著的提高。施工安全是一個(gè)復(fù)雜而艱巨的系統(tǒng)工程,它始終是水利工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的重大研究課題。 本文以河南水利第二工程局在建的河南省南陽(yáng)市桐柏縣石步河水庫(kù)為例,研究水庫(kù)建設(shè)施工過(guò)程 危險(xiǎn)源辨識(shí)與控制 。由于危險(xiǎn)源是誘發(fā)安全事故的主要根源,是導(dǎo)致安全事故的根本性原因。因此本文圍繞水庫(kù)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的危險(xiǎn)源展開(kāi),對(duì)施工生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的危險(xiǎn)源進(jìn)行了深入細(xì)致的理論分析, 從危險(xiǎn)源的概念、構(gòu)成要素及事故觸發(fā)條件等方面對(duì)危險(xiǎn)源進(jìn)行闡述。為此,本文主要開(kāi)展以下幾個(gè)方面的研究 : ① 運(yùn)用預(yù)先危險(xiǎn)性分析法對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的危險(xiǎn)源進(jìn)行辨識(shí) ; ② 針對(duì)危險(xiǎn)源制定相應(yīng)的安全管理措施 ; ③ 制定安全管理制度 ; 關(guān)鍵詞: 水庫(kù)施工;危險(xiǎn)源辨識(shí);安全管理 制度;安全管理措施 河南城建學(xué)院本科畢業(yè) 論文 Abstract II Abstract At present, as China39。s economic prosperity and making a spurt of progress in the development, water conservancy industry as a basic industry of the national economy highlights qualitative leap, at the same time, drawing broad attention of numerous experts and scholars. In recent years, irrigation works industry has ushered in the golden period of development, however, the water conservancy construction safety accident happens time and again, which not only blocks stability and healthy development of the water conservancy industry, but also brings the people tremendous threats to health and the loss of property unable to recent years, large and mediumsized reservoir dam construction is also very quickly, such as xiaolangdi dam, such as the three ges dam. Water conservancy project make characteristics of diversified design, ple x process, a longer construction period, construction of high mobility, harsh construction environment, frequent intersection operation and low quality of overall construction operation personnel, which determine unavoidable uncertainty of the water conservancy construction production process and make the construction process and the working environment plex and changeable, as a result, likely to cause safety accidents. Although our country has made great efforts in the aspect of safety management, the construction safety management level has not been improved significantly. Construction safety is a plex and arduous system project, which always makes major research topic in the field of hydraulic engineering construction project. Hazard is the main root cause safety accidents, is the fundamental cause of the accident. This article revolves around reservoir hazard management of the construction site, the construction of the hazard in the process of production has carried on the detailed theoretical analysis, from the hazards of concept, constituent elements and the trigger condition of accident hazards. In this paper, the second bureau of henan water conservancy construction of henan province nanyang TongBaiXian step stone river reservoir as an example, studies the reservoir safety analysis and evaluation of the process of construction.
