The CNC table is a typical application of this technology. In this paper, take the design of onedimensional CNC table for example, clearly describes the general design methods such workbench. Through the system, each part of the calculation and validation, designed in line with the design requirements of a onedimensional CNC table. First the article describes the development and the current status of industrial applications of CNC table. Second, according to the design requirements for the workbench overall program design, including physical modeling solutions and drive control solutions pare designs. Again, according to the design of the initial conditions and the parameters of the main ponents of the sample on the ball, rolling guide, servo motor and other major ponents of the performance characteristics of the parison, and then according to the design requirements and the corresponding part of the selection process for each parameter calculation Selection of the calculation were calculated, and its indicators were checked. Finally, we use Pro\Engineer 3D modeling software to plete the model and assembly, and the feed system for the acceleration and deceleration motion simulation, plete with parts drawings and assembly drawings of the twodimensional map table design. Through institutional interference checking and motion simulation demonstrate that the design parameters with the design conditions, the accuracy and reliability meet the requirements for the next step for a more precise analysis of the accuracy of the foundation.
