【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 一維數(shù)控工作平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì) 院 別 控制工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè)名稱 機(jī)械工程及自動(dòng)化 班級(jí) 學(xué)號(hào) 學(xué)生 姓名 指導(dǎo)教師 2021 年 6 月 13 日 東北大學(xué)秦皇島分校畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 第 I 頁 一維數(shù)控工作平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用,光機(jī)電一體 化技術(shù)也得到了前所未有的發(fā)展,成為了一門多學(xué)科交叉的系統(tǒng)技術(shù)。而數(shù)控工作臺(tái)正是這一技術(shù)的典型應(yīng)用 。 本文以一維數(shù)控工作臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)為例 , 清晰闡述了此類工作臺(tái)的一般設(shè)計(jì)方法。 首先 介 紹了數(shù)控工作臺(tái) 的發(fā)展及 目前的產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。其次根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)工作臺(tái)總體方案進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),包括物理模型方案和驅(qū)動(dòng)控制方案的比較設(shè)計(jì)。再次,依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)初始條件及各主要部件的參數(shù)樣本,對(duì)滾珠絲杠、滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌、伺服電機(jī)等主要部件進(jìn)行了 性能特點(diǎn)的 比較, 然后根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求及相應(yīng)部件的選型計(jì)算流程對(duì)各個(gè)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算進(jìn)行了計(jì)算選型, 同時(shí)對(duì)其各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了校核 。 最后運(yùn)用 Pro\Engineer 三維造型軟件完成了模型的建立及裝配,并對(duì)進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了加減速運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真,完成了部分零件圖及工作臺(tái)裝配圖的二維圖設(shè)計(jì)。 通過機(jī)構(gòu)干涉檢查及運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真證明本設(shè)計(jì)個(gè)參數(shù)符合設(shè)計(jì)條件,精度及可靠性均達(dá)到要求,為下一步進(jìn)行更精確的精度分析奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 數(shù)控工作平臺(tái),滾珠絲杠,直線導(dǎo)軌,伺服電機(jī) 全套圖紙,加 527953900 東北大學(xué)秦皇島分校畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 第 II 頁 Design and implementation of onedimensional numerical work platform Author: Zhang Rruibin Tutor: Shan Quan Abstract With the rapid development of puter technology and extensive application, optical electromechanical integration technology has also been an unprecedented development, and has bee more than one interdisciplinary system technology. The CNC table is a typical application of this technology. In this paper, take the design of onedimensional CNC table for example, clearly describes the general design methods such workbench. Through the system, each part of the calculation and validation, designed in line with the design requirements of a onedimensional CNC table. First the article describes the development and the current status of industrial applications of CNC table. Second, according to the design requirements for the workbench overall program design, including physical modeling solutions and drive control solutions pare designs. Again, according to the design of the initial conditions and the parameters of the main ponents of the sample on the ball, rolling guide, servo motor and other major ponents of the performance characteristics of the parison, and then according to the design requirements and the corresponding part of the selection process for each parameter calculation Selection of the calculation were calculated, and its indicators were checked. Finally, we use Pro\Engineer 3D modeling software to plete the model and assembly, and the feed system for the acceleration and deceleration motion simulation, plete with parts drawings and assembly drawings of the twodimensional map table design.
