In this paper, the concept of low carbon as the starting point, the city park as the research object, using the method of analysis, the low carbon concept applied to city park landscape planning design, laid the theoretical foundation for the construction of low carbon city park, has the important practical significance. First of all, this paper reviews the research on low carbon city, low carbon and low carbon munity gardens and other aspects, and then discusses the method of city park landscape planning and design based on the concept of low carbon, mainly including the city park site, the park road traffic anization, park water environment planning, Park plant planning etc. content.
