【正文】 三維激光掃描技術(shù)(3D Laser Scanning Technology)是一種先進的全自動高精度立體掃描技術(shù)。橋梁變形監(jiān)測方面,傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)測方法是通過連續(xù)和定期的單點觀測,對多期觀測數(shù)據(jù)進行對比分析,完成對工程安全性的確定,通過對離散監(jiān)測點位移變化分析,做出安全與評價,其結(jié)論可能存在較多的片面性和不確定性。交通建設(shè)迅速發(fā)展,交通運輸大幅度提高,行車密度及車輛載重越來越大,跨河橋梁和高架橋梁對交通運輸和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要性不斷增加,同時產(chǎn)生的一系列橋梁工程問題日益突出。目
