【正文】 支隊(duì)參賽，指導(dǎo)教師須為本校專兼職教師；2．參賽選手須為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校全日制在籍學(xué)生，五年制高職學(xué)生報(bào)名參賽的，須為一至三年級(jí)（含三年級(jí)）的學(xué)生；且參賽選手的年齡須不超過21周歲，即須為1996年5月1日后出生的學(xué)生；3．凡在往屆全國職業(yè)院校技能大賽化工生產(chǎn)技術(shù)賽項(xiàng)中獲一等獎(jiǎng)的選手，不再參賽。通過上述競賽項(xiàng)目的考核，主要考察選手在典型化工操作崗位上的生產(chǎn)控制、事故處理和優(yōu)化操作等職業(yè)崗位技能，同時(shí)考察選手的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作與職業(yè)操守等職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。依據(jù)化工生產(chǎn)的職業(yè)特點(diǎn)與國家職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，大賽設(shè)有化工仿真操作、精餾操作和化工專業(yè)知識(shí)考核三個(gè)項(xiàng)目。六、競賽內(nèi)容簡介（須附英文對(duì)照簡介）化工生產(chǎn)技術(shù)賽項(xiàng)始辦于2005年，至今已連續(xù)舉辦了11屆。基于化工生產(chǎn)的特殊性，我們將選擇典型的化工生產(chǎn)崗位工種——精餾現(xiàn)場操作、典型的化工單元仿真操作，并以化工總控工高級(jí)工職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求進(jìn)行考核項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)。四、賽項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)原則（一）堅(jiān)持公開、公平、公正；（二）賽項(xiàng)關(guān)聯(lián)職業(yè)崗位面廣、人才需求量大、職業(yè)院校開設(shè)專業(yè)點(diǎn)多；化工工藝、精細(xì)化工等石油化工類專業(yè)均可參賽；（三）競賽內(nèi)容對(duì)應(yīng)化工行業(yè)化工總控、化工單元操作、化學(xué)反應(yīng)等相關(guān)職業(yè)崗位或崗位群、體現(xiàn)石油化工類專業(yè)核心能力與核心知識(shí)、涵蓋豐富的專業(yè)知識(shí)與專業(yè)技能點(diǎn)；（四）競賽平臺(tái)成熟，選取化工職業(yè)院校廣泛使用的化工仿真軟件和精餾實(shí)訓(xùn)裝置作為競賽平臺(tái)。五、賽項(xiàng)方案的特色與創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)（一）競賽內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)體現(xiàn)與崗位任務(wù)相結(jié)合在競賽內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)上，堅(jiān)持貫徹“緊貼生產(chǎn)、注重實(shí)效、打造精品、提升水平”的原則，注重學(xué)生專業(yè)技能的培養(yǎng)和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)與職業(yè)操守的養(yǎng)成，將競賽項(xiàng)目以真實(shí)職業(yè)崗位任務(wù)為基礎(chǔ)，分設(shè)相關(guān)操作考核項(xiàng)目，并根據(jù)每個(gè)項(xiàng)目的不同工作任務(wù)確定競賽內(nèi)容。通過設(shè)置應(yīng)知與應(yīng)會(huì)項(xiàng)目，并通過中國石化行業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)化學(xué)工業(yè)職業(yè)技能鑒定與指導(dǎo)中心職業(yè)資格論證機(jī)構(gòu)，將職業(yè)技能競賽活動(dòng)與職業(yè)技能鑒定相結(jié)合，實(shí)現(xiàn)專業(yè)教育與職業(yè)資格鑒定的對(duì)接。2012年起，被納入教育部全國職業(yè)院校技能大賽行列，實(shí)現(xiàn)了由行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)主導(dǎo)的全國性職業(yè)技能賽事到由政府主導(dǎo)的國家級(jí)職業(yè)院校技能賽事的轉(zhuǎn)變?；し抡娌僮髋c專業(yè)知識(shí)考核項(xiàng)目為個(gè)人項(xiàng)目，化工仿真操作選擇典型化工單元操作(反應(yīng)器操作+傳質(zhì)分離操作+動(dòng)力設(shè)備操作+公用工程系統(tǒng)操作的組合)進(jìn)行考核，要求在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成冷態(tài)開車、穩(wěn)態(tài)生產(chǎn)、事故處理和正常停車等工況，并回答相關(guān)操作問題,依據(jù)操作正確率和完成質(zhì)量客觀評(píng)分。Chemical production technology petition starts from 2005, which has held 10 terms so far. Chemical simulation operation choose typical chemical unit operations (the bination of reactor operation , mass transfer separation operation, power equipment operation and utility system operation) for the assessment, requirements within the given time driving cold state, steady state conditions, such as production, accident treatment and normal parking and answer questions related operations, according to the operating accuracy and plete quality objective scoring. Distillation operation project is the teamwork project, requiring three players within the prescribed time to plete the operation.
