With its strong historical traditions, new university and technology, and modern approach embracing new styles of living and new architecture, Ningbo has the potential to create, realize and support a worldclass environment. 基于新區(qū)對于寧波與鄞州城市未來發(fā)展的重要性, 本案規(guī)劃與設計必須反映全區(qū)的發(fā)展?jié)摿? 介由寧波原有的濃厚歷史傳統(tǒng), 新興高教與高科技園區(qū), 與追求現(xiàn)代化生活形態(tài)與建筑形式之企圖, 寧波已具備了創(chuàng)造，實現(xiàn)及支持世界一流水平的環(huán)境的潛力。而易道正執(zhí)行的寧波東錢湖水岸新鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃，已對寧波歷史渠道脈絡與秀麗山脈景觀，發(fā)展出專業(yè)、扎實的水岸城市概念與實務設計経驗。與兢圖需求一致，本報告企圖對鄞州新城區(qū)及核心區(qū)提出一新城市設計愿景，以達成區(qū)域發(fā)展目標并建設本區(qū)成為擁有最佳居住環(huán)境、頂級商務辦公、與鮮明文藝中心之都市新誠區(qū)。EDAW’s professional design team for this important project, posed of urban designers, architects and landscape architects based in New York, San Francisco, and Hong Kong, has created the conceptual urban design vision for the Ningbo South NUA which is offered here.
