By stating the establishment of the key performance index system of performance management,the thesis elaborates on the current situation of the performance management of the Ganxi Power Supply Corp and probes into the establishment of the key performance index system of performance management in a power supply corp., thus enhancing the level the performance management and arriving at corporation’s strategic aimFive parts are included in the thesis Part I is the Introduction. It is mainly on the current situation of China’s power system’s restructure a nd reform, the significance of the thesis’s subject and its resrearch methods. It also focuses on the development strategy of the State Power Grid Corp Part II is the Summary of Performance Management System. It’s mainly on the concept of “performance”, the thought of performance management and its characters and how to establish the key index system of a performance management Part III is the Analysis of the Current Performance Management Situation of the Ganxi Power Supply Corp. This part mainly states the the Current Performance Management Situation of the Ganxi Power Supply Corp. and its 7 problems and why it has such problems Part IV is the Establishment of a Performance Management System of Ganxi Power Supply expounds on the thinking and principles of Ganxi Power Supply Corp. to establish a performance management and its structure, anizing measures, key index system and implementation methodsPart V is the Problems of Performance Management and its Future Development.
