It is advised to be installed in the installing cabin of vehicle battery.b. 安裝表面平整、堅(jiān)固Installing surface should be flattening and firm. Installation，尺寸如圖（4）所示The 4 –φ9 through holes need to be drilled out at the installing surface in line with diagram 4。尺寸如下圖（5）所示The 4 –φ7 through holes need to be drilled out at the installing surface in line with diagram 5.b. 用M6螺栓將電源總開(kāi)關(guān)固定。分配閥如無(wú)接口，則需要在分配閥前管路上加裝三通接頭連接。Important instructions ：The pressed air is needed to clear up interior impurity after the pletion of the pressure switch seat installation in case of blocking the pressure switches. The installation of the braking pipe should be kept away from the hightemperature, sharp edge, corrosion and oil stain sites.㈤．安裝各控制線束和搭鐵線 Control wiring harnesses and earthed cable:1. 緩速器控制線束總成的連接：按照緩速器接線原理圖和線束標(biāo)識(shí)連接緩速器控制線束總成，線束用線夾固定于車體，如用扎帶固定，每隔1m至少要固定一根，剪后扎帶長(zhǎng)度留5～10mm.Connection of control wiring harness(code “a” in Diagram2)：Install and connect the wiring harness in accordance with the electric connection diagram(Diagram 2) and wiring harness’s label. The control wiring harness need be fixed to the vehicle body via cable clips. If fastened by tape, at least one point need to be fixed with the tape every 1m, and 5~10mm of the tape length is left after snipping.2. 緩速器驅(qū)動(dòng)線的連接：按照緩速器接線原理圖和線束標(biāo)識(shí)連接緩速器驅(qū)動(dòng)線，一端接于緩速器接線盒內(nèi)的端子“1”、“2”、“3”和“4”，另一端分別對(duì)應(yīng)地接于控制電源開(kāi)關(guān)盒子內(nèi)的接線柱“I”、“II”、“III”和“IV”上。If the cables cross over two ponents which have relative displacement, some margin must be left in case that the relative displacement produced by vehicle riding leads to pull apart the cable.㈥．安裝緩速器電源總線Power wiring harness of retarder (code “d” in Diagram2)1. 安裝位置 Installation site連接于原車+24V蓄電池和緩速器電源總開(kāi)關(guān)、和控制電源開(kāi)關(guān)之間。 One end of the second power wire harness is attached to the retarder main switch, the other end is connected to “+” pole of battery. 。搭鐵接線表面清潔，去除油漆，確保接觸良好。Make sure that the following test must be carried out when vehicle is stopping, and connect the port “3” with port “4” of control unit of retarder via a jumper cable─screen vehicle speed sig（需將車速信號(hào)屏蔽）Testing procedure for the handlever switchstep1:啟動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，手動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)至0檔，用試燈（用一只24V的汽車小燈泡做成，以下的試燈同此）檢測(cè)手動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)各輸出端（試燈的另一端接地），如試燈點(diǎn)亮，則更換手動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)；如試燈不亮，則進(jìn)入step2。如檢測(cè)1檔的輸出端時(shí)試燈不亮，則檢測(cè)手動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)的電流輸入端是否有電以及5A保險(xiǎn)絲是否燒斷。 if any
