The development and management of human resource is getting very important. Then how to propel the work positively? One of important is the synthetic evaluation of management performance on human resource. Based on the study of human resources manage evaluation index, this paper discussed the application of fuzzy mathematics in evaluating performance of human resources management. We established a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model to evaluate performance of human resources management. Based on this, this paper demonstrates the process of evaluation with an example.
