A perfect project contract can more efficiently and successfully participate in the project, and to fully protect the interests of both. This thesis is written for Yingkou ZhongHui Science and Technology Building project, bined with the practical engineering, and makes the contract management during constructing as the main content, on contract for the works contract management. In this thesis, in accordance with Contract Law of the PRC, Tendering and Bidding Law of the PRC and Construction Contract (the model text) and other relevant laws and regulations,the traditional civil engineering construction contracts has been improved and added, reflects the equality of the project participation between both parties so that both sides of the participants can manage more smoothly and efficiently.
