【正文】 技術(shù)特點(diǎn) 無(wú)砟軌道是一種少維護(hù)的軌道結(jié)構(gòu),它利用成型的組合材料代替道砟,將輪軌力分布并傳遞到路基基礎(chǔ)上。一般情況下,道床維修工作量占線路維修 工作量的 70%以上,而高速鐵路相對(duì)于普通既有線路,維修費(fèi)用要增加 2 倍,道砟使用周期減少一半。目前,日本、法國(guó)、德國(guó)等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的高速列車(chē)最高時(shí)速已達(dá) 300 公里 /小時(shí)以上。因此,要求軌道結(jié)構(gòu)有足夠的強(qiáng)度和穩(wěn)定性,各組成部分的結(jié)構(gòu)要合理,尺寸及材質(zhì)要相互配合、等強(qiáng)配套、彈性連續(xù),以保證列車(chē)按規(guī)定的速度,安全、平穩(wěn)和不間斷地運(yùn)行。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,路基上板式無(wú)砟軌道混凝土底座的配筋主要由最小裂縫寬度決定。隨著高速鐵路的發(fā)展,有砟軌道因自身的缺點(diǎn)而無(wú)法適應(yīng),因此需要設(shè)計(jì)合理的無(wú)砟軌道結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)滿足高速鐵路對(duì)于高速度的要求。 研究方法:采用有限元理論,建立板式無(wú)砟軌道的梁 — 板 — 板模型,應(yīng)用大型有限元分析軟件 MIDAS 對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解,并對(duì)軌道板和底座進(jìn)行配筋設(shè)計(jì)和校核。 關(guān)鍵詞 :板式無(wú)砟軌道;有限元;梁板模型;配筋 2 Abstract The track is the important part which bears load directly and guide the train running, so the track should have enough strength and stability. Whit he development of highspeed railway, ballasted track cannot adapt to the development because of its own disadvantages. It is necessary to design reasonable ballastless track structure to meet the high speed requirement of highspeed railway. Research method: Use the Finite Element Analysis to establish beamslabslab model of slab ballastless track ,and solve the model with the help of large scale application softwareMIDAS, do the work of track slab and base reinforcement design and verification.
