The steel industry is the intensive industry, import materials and delivery of products, cost a lot in business administration and logistics management has an important position. Relevant statistics show that the cost the steel industry which, the costs of transportation, storage costs and management fees and expenses ratio, stock control the costs of a gradually rising trend. to optimize the inventory level of management enterprise reduce costs and improve enterprise petitiveness is a steel enterprises solve the problem. Therefore, the dissertation finds out the inventory management problems by analyseing the steel group stock of spare parts management, bining my own knowledge related theory of knowledge and use ABC of classified management of the classification of spare parts management, in order to improve inventory levels and improve enterprise petitiveness. In the steel industry the importance of spare parts management, the supplier of spare parts for the evaluation of the indicators, bining indepth analysis of its review the supplier evaluation and selection, and offered his views and suggestions.
