LED chip testing equipment in the machine is an important part, and our LED chip testing and sorting of the main dependent on foreign equipment, which restricts the development of LED chip industry. LED is the LED chip testing equipment for testing optical parameters, to provide data for the sorting. Through the study of similar equipment at home and abroad, to analyze the process principle and the overall demand, proposed design, based on the DHLP320 LED detector mechanical structure design, including the XY motion platform, rotary table, Z to the table, the upper structure, probe station design, the main part of the key platform for highspeed highprecision XY motion design, analysis and parison of selected screw rail agencies to achieve the XY twodimensional movement, according to the requirement of the screw nut, rail, motor, etc. are calculated and selection. Drawing with Auto CAD drawings of the ponents, the use of Pro / E threedimensional modeling of the whole assembly, the resulting threedimensional solid model of intuitive, realistic show the detailed structure of the main ponents and shape, easy to intervene so as to effectively save product design time and improve the efficiency of design, has some practical value. Development of highspeed LED testing equipment, for breaking the monopoly product, reduce the cost of the application of domestic equipment, and enhance the petitiveness of enterprises to break through capacity bottlenecks, have very important significance.
