雄師范學(xué)院本科論文(設(shè)計(jì)) II Enzyme assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Agrimonia pilosa Abstract: Using enzyme hydrolysis and ethanol extraction bined methods of extracting total flavone from agrimony, separately from the enzymolysis temperature, enzymolysis time, enzymolysis solution pH, enzyme concentration to examine the extraction conditions on agrimony total flavone extraction rate in effect, and the orthogonal experiment, using chromogenic reaction of qualitative identification, using rutin as the standard control sample determination of total flavonoids in Herba agrimoniae, extraction rate. The results show that, using 70% ethanol as extraction solvent, using the enzyme alcohol extraction of total flavonoids from it: the optimal conditions for enzymatic hydrolysis temperature of 50 degrees C, enzymolysis time2h, enzyme solution pH value 5, enzyme concentration / mL. Under this condition, agrimony total flavone extraction rate in up to %. .
