【正文】 I 摘要 隨著我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)市場(chǎng)開(kāi)放度的提高，國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外兩個(gè)市場(chǎng)的相互影響不斷加深，各類(lèi)貿(mào)易壁的挑戰(zhàn)必然更加凸現(xiàn)，國(guó)際農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和供求變數(shù)的增加等諸多因素的影響和挑戰(zhàn)。在這種新的發(fā)展形勢(shì)下，河南省進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口建設(shè)顯得更為重要和迫切 。近幾年，我省全面 貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，充分發(fā)揮農(nóng)業(yè)大省和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)大省優(yōu)勢(shì)，以出口市場(chǎng)需求為導(dǎo)向，以龍頭骨干企業(yè)為支撐，以質(zhì)量安全為核心，緊緊依托河南省的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、資源優(yōu)勢(shì)、品種優(yōu)勢(shì)，強(qiáng)力推動(dòng)科技創(chuàng)新和成果轉(zhuǎn)化，實(shí)施出口帶動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略，形成河南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口的新優(yōu)勢(shì)、新特色、新亮點(diǎn)。 本文章闡述了河南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀，進(jìn)而敘述河南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工貿(mào)易所面臨的機(jī)遇，并且詳細(xì)介紹了河南省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工貿(mào)易中所存在的問(wèn)題，進(jìn)而針對(duì)所出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策，最后對(duì)河南農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工貿(mào)易的前景展望，總結(jié)出我省農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工貿(mào)易對(duì)我省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有很大的帶動(dòng)作用。 關(guān)鍵詞： 農(nóng)產(chǎn)品 加工業(yè) 現(xiàn)狀 發(fā)展對(duì)策 加工貿(mào)易 II Abstract With the openness of China agricultural markets, domestic and international markets continue to deepen the mutual influence, all kinds of trade barriers and technical barriers must be more highlighted the challenges.
