【正文】 I 摘要 人事管理是企業(yè)管理的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容，隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步，企業(yè)也逐漸變的龐大起來。如何管理好企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工的信息，成為企業(yè)管理中的一個(gè)大問題。本文主要研究人事管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)，并采用 Microsoft Visual Basic 和 Access 2021 數(shù)據(jù)庫編程技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)小型人事管理系統(tǒng)。隨著現(xiàn)代企業(yè)公司制度的建立和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，加強(qiáng)加大人力資源的有效管理與運(yùn)作已成為企業(yè)提高市場競爭力的主要和重要手段。 本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)人事管理各項(xiàng)工作及相關(guān)信息的全面、統(tǒng)一管理，提高了工作效率與管理水平。 人事管理系統(tǒng)為企事業(yè)單位提供信息咨詢，信息檢索，信息存取等服務(wù)。此系統(tǒng)包括 7個(gè)模塊： 員工基本信息管理、員工學(xué)習(xí)與工作經(jīng)歷管理、員工家庭主要成員管理、部門管理、員工考勤管理、員工考評(píng)管理和系統(tǒng)用戶維護(hù)。 在測試完系統(tǒng)后， 基本達(dá)到 了 預(yù)期的效果 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：人事管理，系統(tǒng)分析 ， MIS數(shù)據(jù)庫 II ABSTRACT Personnel management is a very important part in business management. The enterprises have bee larger and larger along with the times progress. It has became a very serious problem that how to manage the information of the staff within business. This paper is mainly about the design and realization of Human Resource Management System. In result it has realized a pintsized Human Resource Management System with Microsoft Visual Basic and Microsoft Office Access 2021. As the establishment of modern enterprise system and highspeed development of society economy， thus to enhance the management and operation of enterprise human resources effectively has bee an essential method to improve the market petition of the enterprise. This system has realized the management of all the work of personnel management and the work–related information unified and roundly. As a result， it will improve efficiency and management. Human Resource Management System can provide information consultation， information retrieval， information access and other services. The system includes seven modules： basic information management of staff， learning and work experience management of staff， main members of family of staff， department management， work attendance management of staff， estimate management of staff and system maintenance.
