【正文】 江西師范大學 文化與以人為本的管理 121 世紀，知識在社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展中貢獻度和重要性是越來越大的。進入 21 世紀，企業(yè)應以一種什么樣的管理來迎接新世紀的挑戰(zhàn)？ 隨著經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的多樣化、復雜化和人們消費結構、消費觀念的轉變，現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理在社會文化層 面上的觀念創(chuàng)新越來越成為一個緊迫的課題 。 人本主義即以人為本， 把人的因素放在一切因素的首位，尊重人的需求從而調(diào)動人的最大積極性、創(chuàng)造和諧的企業(yè)氛圍。文化和以人為本管理的結合也是 “ 堅持以人為本，樹立全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展觀 、 促進經(jīng)濟社會和人的全面發(fā)展 ” 這一 科學發(fā)展觀 理論踐行，更是 現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的 必走之路。它 對指導現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理觀念的創(chuàng)新 、 樹立以人為本的企業(yè)管理理念具有重大的理論和實踐意義。 關鍵詞： 知識經(jīng)濟、人本管理、結合、必走之路、企業(yè)管理理念 江西師范大學 文化與以人為本的管理 2 Abstract Era of knowledge economy of the 21st century, knowledge in the socioeconomic development and the importance of the contribution degree is increasingly large.
