【正文】 江西師范大學(xué) 文化與以人為本的管理 121 世紀(jì)，知識(shí)在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展中貢獻(xiàn)度和重要性是越來(lái)越大的。進(jìn)入 21 世紀(jì)，企業(yè)應(yīng)以一種什么樣的管理來(lái)迎接新世紀(jì)的挑戰(zhàn)？ 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的多樣化、復(fù)雜化和人們消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)、消費(fèi)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變，現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理在社會(huì)文化層 面上的觀念創(chuàng)新越來(lái)越成為一個(gè)緊迫的課題 。 人本主義即以人為本， 把人的因素放在一切因素的首位，尊重人的需求從而調(diào)動(dòng)人的最大積極性、創(chuàng)造和諧的企業(yè)氛圍。文化和以人為本管理的結(jié)合也是 “ 堅(jiān)持以人為本，樹(shù)立全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展觀 、 促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)和人的全面發(fā)展 ” 這一 科學(xué)發(fā)展觀 理論踐行，更是 現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的 必走之路。它 對(duì)指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理觀念的創(chuàng)新 、 樹(shù)立以人為本的企業(yè)管理理念具有重大的理論和實(shí)踐意義。 關(guān)鍵詞： 知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)、人本管理、結(jié)合、必走之路、企業(yè)管理理念 江西師范大學(xué) 文化與以人為本的管理 2 Abstract Era of knowledge economy of the 21st century, knowledge in the socioeconomic development and the importance of the contribution degree is increasingly large.
