分享中人網(wǎng)共建中人網(wǎng) 摘 要 當(dāng)今時(shí)代,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)與計(jì)算機(jī)軟件技術(shù)已經(jīng) 越來越 廣泛地應(yīng)用到 人來社會(huì)的各個(gè)方面。運(yùn)用 計(jì)算機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)不僅可以簡(jiǎn)化 企業(yè) 中職工工資傳統(tǒng)的管理模式,使企業(yè)管理人員能夠方便地利用企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息對(duì)職工工資進(jìn)行 全面管理,更重要的是利用計(jì)算機(jī)的技術(shù)可以使 職工工資 管理規(guī)范化、制度化、數(shù)字化、提高管理水平、降低成本處理、減輕工作強(qiáng)度、提高工作效率,使 企業(yè) 以高效率運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)在 企業(yè)單位 中的應(yīng)用順應(yīng)了我國(guó)的國(guó)情, 運(yùn)用職工工資管理系統(tǒng)來管理職工的工資是企業(yè)適應(yīng)高科技社會(huì)的必然之舉 。 本文首先分析了 職工 工資管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀 ,闡述了本工資管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā) 背景 和 目的。 同時(shí) 通過對(duì) C語言 的 發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和 發(fā)展 趨勢(shì)的分析 ,結(jié)合 系統(tǒng)開發(fā) 語言及 工具的 穩(wěn)定性 選擇 等 一系列問題 分析 最終 確定了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)平臺(tái)。接著闡述了 MIS( Management Information System) 系統(tǒng) 的 基本理論,并在此理論的 指導(dǎo)下,詳細(xì)給出了從工資管理系統(tǒng)分析到總體 設(shè)計(jì) 、 詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與 功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)及測(cè)試的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。 最后對(duì)本 職工工資管理 系統(tǒng)做 出 了客觀 的 評(píng)價(jià) ,指明了 該 系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義、現(xiàn)存的 缺點(diǎn)以及系統(tǒng) 將來的 升級(jí)方向。 關(guān)鍵 詞 職工工資 管理系統(tǒng) ; 管理系統(tǒng) ; 系統(tǒng)開發(fā) ; MIS 分享中人網(wǎng)共建中人網(wǎng) ABSTRACT Nowadays, work technology and puter software technology has been widely used in more and more people to all aspects of society.
