【正文】 學(xué) 號(hào): **** 畢業(yè)論 文 GRADUATE THESIS 論文題目: ****小學(xué)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目可行性研究 學(xué)生姓名: 專業(yè)班級(jí) :工程管理 學(xué) 院:建筑工程學(xué)院 指導(dǎo)教師: 教授 2021 年 05 月 28 日 摘要 I 摘 要 鳳城建設(shè)集團(tuán)擬建設(shè)一所 ****小學(xué),該建設(shè)項(xiàng)目資金投入量比較大,回收期較長(zhǎng),一旦決策失誤 , 將會(huì)浪費(fèi)大量的人力、物力、財(cái)力。所以本論文針對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的可行性進(jìn)行研究。 本文研究了擬建項(xiàng)目的概況、必要性和可行性、建設(shè)條件、技術(shù)方案、節(jié)能和環(huán)境保護(hù)、勞動(dòng)安全和消防、工期安排、投資估算、招投標(biāo)和社會(huì)影響等方面的內(nèi)容。通過(guò)研 究證明該建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的周邊給排水、供電、供暖、交通等市政配套條件滿足建設(shè)要求;規(guī)模適當(dāng),建設(shè)方案合理,建設(shè)期為一年,總體符合項(xiàng)目建設(shè)規(guī)律;資金來(lái)源可靠。項(xiàng)目符合鳳城城市建設(shè)總體規(guī)劃,符合國(guó)家相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)及關(guān)于教育的發(fā)展政策;具有良好的社會(huì)效益。由此該建設(shè)項(xiàng)目切實(shí)可行。 關(guān)鍵詞 ****小學(xué)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目;環(huán)境保護(hù);可行性 Abstract II Abstract FengCheng Construction Group plans to build a primary school, and such a construction is relatively large and the recovery period is very the decisionmaking goes wrong, it will waste a lot of manpower, material and financial this paper aims at studying the feasibility of the project. The project is in accordance with the developing plans of FengCheng and all the relevant national laws, regulations and policies on education. the project has great efficiency on social.
