DEFINITIONS（ 1定義） In this Agreement, unless the subject or context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions will have the following meanings respectively ascribed to them: 在本協(xié)定中，除非所述事項(xiàng)或文意另有所指，下列詞語(yǔ)將它們分別歸于以下涵義 。 A) Metric Ton : A measure of weight equivalent to one thousand kilograms (1,000Kg ). 公噸 ： 重量的度 量單位 ,相當(dāng)于一千公斤物體質(zhì)量。 B) Day : Means a Gregorian calendar day, unless specified otherwise. 天 ： 指公歷日也就是陽(yáng)歷 ,除非有不同的說(shuō)明。 C) Month : Means a Gregorian calendar month. 月 ： 公歷月就是陽(yáng)歷。 D) Calendar quarter : Period of three ( 3 ) consecutive months. 季度 ： 指三個(gè)連續(xù)的月為一季度 。 E) Bill of Lading : The official document, issued at the loading port after pletion of the loading operations, stating, among other things, the amount loaded, expressed in both Cubic Meters ( M3 ) and in Metric Tons ( MT ) per the definitions herein.
