【正文】 SALES AND PURCHASE CONTRACT購銷合同Contract Date日期THE SELLER賣方 AddressThis Contract is made by and between the Seller，The Export Agent and Buyer whereas the Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to buy the under mentioned modity according to the terms and conditions stipulated below:本合同由買賣雙方及進(jìn)口代理訂立,根據(jù)本合同規(guī)定的條款, 賣方同意出售、買方同意購買如下商品:Term術(shù)語Definition定義Cargo貨物A shipment of coal in 70,000MT，+/10% as per seller’s option；指每船次裝運(yùn)70,000MT的煤，允許賣方溢短裝+/10%；Coal煤炭名稱South African Coal. 南非煤炭Contract Quantity 合同數(shù)量 70,000MT, +/10% as per seller’s option. 指15萬公噸，允許賣方溢短裝+/10%；CIFDefined as per INCOTERMS 2000 with latest amendments遵循（最新修正的）INCOTERMS 2000相關(guān)的定義；Loading Port裝運(yùn)港Richards Bay Port of South African where the vessel anchoring at, or such other ports written approval by both parties.指船只停泊的南非里查茲貝港口，或經(jīng)雙方書面同意的其它港口；Discharging Port卸貨港Any main port in the People’s Republic of China, designated by t
