【正文】 ： 物流管理 班級學號 ： 0180188888 學生姓 名： 馬 春 亮 指導教師： 郭 霞 2021 年 6 月 31 日成都電子機械高等專科學校畢業(yè)論文 I 基于供應(yīng)鏈管理的成本控制策略研究 摘 要 管理學大師德魯克曾經(jīng)說過： “二十一世紀將不再是企業(yè)與企業(yè)的競爭，而是供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈的競爭。 ”隨著加入 WTO 進程，我國企業(yè)由基本單個企業(yè)的管理模式向供應(yīng)鏈管理模式轉(zhuǎn)變指日可待，同時，由于企業(yè)內(nèi)部制度成本管理方法的日漸完善與成熟，通過提高勞動生產(chǎn)率和節(jié)約資源來增加利潤的空間將會逐步縮小，因此有必要開壁利潤增長的新源泉－供應(yīng)鏈 戰(zhàn)略 成本管理。供應(yīng)鏈 戰(zhàn)略 成本管理是供應(yīng)鏈管理和成本管理整合的產(chǎn)物，是當代 戰(zhàn)略 成本管理發(fā)展的必然趨勢，是當今企業(yè)獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的新突破點。本文對供應(yīng)鏈、供應(yīng)鏈 戰(zhàn)略 成本及成本管理的概念內(nèi)涵進行 了界定 ,闡述了供應(yīng)鏈成本管理產(chǎn)生的必要性 ,分析了供應(yīng)鏈成本管理的基礎(chǔ)理論和方法 ,提出了我國供應(yīng)鏈成本管理中存在的問題 ,。這些問題的解決，需要在供應(yīng)鏈節(jié)點企業(yè)中，培養(yǎng)成本控制的文化意識，建立橫向一體化機制、信任與合作機制、信息共享機制、績效考核與激勵機制等方面來實施供應(yīng)鏈成本管理。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 供應(yīng)鏈成本管理 / 一體化機制 / 信任與合作機制 / 信息共享機制 / 考核與激勵機制 成都電子機械高等專科學校畢業(yè)論文 II ABSTRACT Management guru drucker once said: the 21st century will no longer is the petition between enterprises supply chain, but with the petition. With the WTO, enterprises of our country from the basic individual enterprise management mode to supply chain management pattern, at the same time, because of enterprise internal management system of the growing cost of perfect and mature approach, by increasing productivity and save resources to increase profit space will gradually narrowing, therefore, it is necessary to open the new source of profit growth in wall supply chain strategy cost management. Supply chain management strategy cost management is the product of integration and cost management, strategic cost management is the inevitable trend of development, is the enterprise petitive advantage of new breakthrough. Based on supply chain, supply chain management, strategic cost and cost concept connotation, this paper expounds the necessity of supply chain cost management, analyzes the supply chain cost management theory and method of the foundation and puts forward the supply chain cost management, the problems in.
