I 摘 要 本設計礦井為雞西礦業(yè)集團東山礦 。地質構造為單斜構造,共有可采煤層為 4 層,分別為 3上、 3下、 6A 和 6B 煤層總厚度為 。設計井田的工業(yè)儲量為 ,可采儲量為 Mt,礦井的設計服務年限為 57a。煤層傾角為 10176。屬緩傾斜煤層,本礦井設計采用雙立井開拓方式,劃分為三個水平, 3 個采區(qū), 2 個工作面達產,采用采區(qū)式準備方式,達產時采區(qū)個數(shù)為兩個。大巷運輸采用 14t 架線式電機車牽引 3t 底卸式礦車運輸,區(qū)段運輸平巷采用帶式輸送機, 輔助運輸為 固 定式礦車,工作面采用刮板運輸機。采煤方法為走向長壁倒退式采煤法,采煤工藝為普通機械化采煤工藝。工作面的支護方式采用單體液壓支柱和鉸接頂梁聯(lián)合支護,頂板處理方法為全部跨落法。 提升設備為主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐籠提升。工作面年工作日為 330d,采用 “三、八 ”工作制,工作面長為 160m,循環(huán)進度為 ,每日進刀次數(shù)為 5 刀。通風方式是分區(qū)抽出式。 由于本 人水平有限 ,工作能力及現(xiàn)場經驗 不足 ,故本設計中出現(xiàn)一些問題在所難免,請各位專家老師不吝 賜教 。 關鍵詞 :礦井設計 。 走向長壁采煤法 。 全部跨落 全套圖紙,加 153893706 II Abstract The design of the mine in Jixi Mining Group Dongshan Mine Mt / a new mine design.
