【正文】 I 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)新井為大雁礦業(yè)集團(tuán)四礦 ,共有 4層設(shè)計(jì) 可采 煤層, 平均 總厚 度為 。設(shè)計(jì)井 田的 可采 儲(chǔ)量為。服務(wù)年限為 69a。劃分一個(gè)水平開(kāi)采。 井田平均走向長(zhǎng)4500m,平均傾斜長(zhǎng) 2200m,煤層平均傾角 10176。,屬于緩傾斜煤層。 本設(shè)計(jì)礦井采用雙立井的開(kāi)拓方式,集中大巷布置方式。共劃分 17 個(gè)帶區(qū),其中首帶區(qū)為 1 個(gè),達(dá)產(chǎn)工作面 1 個(gè)。本設(shè)計(jì)帶區(qū)為東一 ,大巷裝車(chē)式下部車(chē)場(chǎng), 綜合 機(jī)械化采煤。年工作日為 330 天,采用“ 四 、 六 ”式工作制,工作面長(zhǎng)為 160m,每刀進(jìn)度為 , 每日割 九 刀。 提升設(shè)備為主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐籠提升。 由于井田傾斜長(zhǎng)度較大,且為緩傾斜煤層,以及煤層地質(zhì)條件等因素影響,決定本井田內(nèi)全部采用傾斜長(zhǎng)壁采煤法開(kāi)采。 由于本人知識(shí)有限,缺乏一定的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。因此,本設(shè)計(jì)中難免會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些問(wèn)題,請(qǐng)各位專家老師不吝指正。 關(guān)鍵詞 可采儲(chǔ)量 采煤工藝 傾斜開(kāi)采 全套圖紙,加 153893706 II Abstract The task of this design is to construct a tons new shaft for Dayan Ming mine has four minable Coal Seam,and its average thickness is ed field of minable capacity is million tons.
