This instruction is mainly to design the roof bean part, including running mechanism of the cart, the design of bridge shelf and each part of the inside parts accessory, assembly store and welding structure. During the course of designing ,consult some relevant materials: the cart adopts different drive scheme ,the end roof beam adopts case shape structure welding by stencil plates ,the connecting end installation of roof beam sets up in the end middle part of the roof beam ,connected by high strength bolted joint through the connecting plate and angle steel .The design of beam bridge shelf mainly refers to weld structure and craft ,and this requires to know something about weld sufficiently and apply the knowledge studied flexibly and correctly . Key words: The Hoist; End Roof Beam; the Drive 新鄉(xiāng)學(xué) 院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 3 第 1 章 橋式起重機設(shè)計參數(shù) 橋式起重機是作為生產(chǎn)車間最常用的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備,也是在各類起重機中,需求量最大的。一般橋式起重機有以下幾部分組成。有起升機構(gòu),小車運行機構(gòu),大車運行機構(gòu),控制電路,金屬框架結(jié)構(gòu)等主要機構(gòu)組成。在現(xiàn)在的橋式起重機機械制造中,還是傳統(tǒng)的用大的鋼構(gòu)成本,還有沉重的運行機構(gòu),來超大的滿足需要,在制造工藝中還存在著種種問題,對于材料有很多的浪費情況,為了 極大的節(jié)省成本,故要精確的計算受力及選擇配件。在原有的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改進(jìn),符合實際工作場合 ,本次 設(shè)計參數(shù)如下 : 起重量 Q: t5 跨度 L : 工作級別 : 5A 起升高度 H : m16 小車輪距 : mm1100 小車軌距 : mm1400 起升速度 : ∕ m
