【正文】 攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 摘要 I 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)對(duì)內(nèi)燃機(jī)鋁活塞加工技術(shù)的發(fā)展、活塞的工作環(huán)境以及結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)的分析,確定了活塞的加工過(guò)程及加工方案,其中主要包括:生產(chǎn)綱領(lǐng)和生產(chǎn)類(lèi)型的確定、材料的選擇、毛坯的制造方法、機(jī)械加工余量的確定、各加工工序切削用量的確定、工序時(shí)間的計(jì)算以及工序卡片的編制。最后,進(jìn)一步選擇并設(shè)計(jì)了兩套典型的機(jī)床夾具,精鏜銷(xiāo)孔夾具設(shè)計(jì)和鉆油孔夾具設(shè)計(jì),其中主要包括:定位方案與夾緊方案的設(shè)計(jì),分度裝置的設(shè)計(jì)、兩套夾具的工作原理以及在夾具設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中應(yīng)該注意的問(wèn)題。經(jīng)過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)分析和論證,活塞的工藝設(shè)計(jì)與夾具設(shè)計(jì)是可 行的。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 活塞,工序,機(jī)床夾具,機(jī)械加工工藝 全套圖紙,加 153893706攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT In the paper of this graduation design ,through the prehensive explication of the developing of aluminum piston of the internalbustion engine whose the machining technologies,the surrounding of working and the analysis of structural of the is conformed the technology process and arrange for process of piston. It mainly includes:produce outline and produce type to be conformed,choose material,the manufacturing method of the semifinished product of material,the amount of remaining of machine process to be conformed ,the cutting dosage of each process to be conformed,calculated the working procedure time and draw up the working ,chose and designed two sets of typical model of tool machine tongs,designed the tongs of drilling the oil bore and designed the tongs of the milling mainly includes among them:the position project and the pressure designed,the cet degree design,two sets of wrok principles of tongses and what we must be notice in the process of the piston the analysis and argument,the arts and crafts design and the tongs design of the piston is viable.
