【正文】 I 定量給料機(jī) PLC 控制系統(tǒng) 摘 要 本課題所設(shè)計(jì)的調(diào)速式定量給料機(jī)是在消化吸收國(guó)外 DEL型定量給料機(jī)的先進(jìn)技術(shù)，結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)建材行業(yè)使用稱重設(shè)備的實(shí)際情況，進(jìn)行國(guó)產(chǎn)化設(shè)計(jì)成功的一種集多種先進(jìn)技術(shù)于一體的新型產(chǎn)品。它與微機(jī)、負(fù)荷傳感器、速度傳感器組合成微機(jī)控制配料系統(tǒng)或定量給料秤。該系統(tǒng)可對(duì)各種塊、粒狀非粘結(jié)性物料進(jìn)行計(jì)量和定量給料控制，廣泛用于水泥、礦山、化工、冶金、能源、糧食等工業(yè)部門 。 本機(jī)由電機(jī)帶動(dòng)減速機(jī)，聯(lián)接主動(dòng)滾筒轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，從而使皮帶運(yùn)動(dòng)，即可輸送物料，物料在皮帶上的重量通過(guò)測(cè)力機(jī)構(gòu)檢測(cè)后把信號(hào)輸入控制器，同時(shí)皮帶帶速也通過(guò)測(cè)速裝置把信號(hào)輸入控制器進(jìn)行計(jì)算。電機(jī)采用三相電機(jī)變頻調(diào)速。秤重機(jī)構(gòu)采用全荷式結(jié)構(gòu)、雙傳感器，消除物料偏載對(duì)稱重精度的影響。 電機(jī)采用三相電機(jī)變頻調(diào)速即 通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié) 變 頻器的輸出頻率達(dá)到調(diào)速的目的，變頻器給定電壓信號(hào)的范圍是 ０～１ 0Ｖ 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 定量給料 ；變頻調(diào)速； PLC控制 II Weight feeder PLC control system Abstract Designed speed of the subject dosing machine type is type in the digestion and absorption of foreign DEL dosing machine39。s advanced technology, bined with the use of weighing equipment, building materials industry, the actual situation, the domestic design success of a multi advanced technology in one of the new product.
