【正文】 I 定量給料機 PLC 控制系統(tǒng) 摘 要 本課題所設(shè)計的調(diào)速式定量給料機是在消化吸收國外 DEL型定量給料機的先進技術(shù)，結(jié)合國內(nèi)建材行業(yè)使用稱重設(shè)備的實際情況，進行國產(chǎn)化設(shè)計成功的一種集多種先進技術(shù)于一體的新型產(chǎn)品。它與微機、負荷傳感器、速度傳感器組合成微機控制配料系統(tǒng)或定量給料秤。該系統(tǒng)可對各種塊、粒狀非粘結(jié)性物料進行計量和定量給料控制，廣泛用于水泥、礦山、化工、冶金、能源、糧食等工業(yè)部門 。 本機由電機帶動減速機，聯(lián)接主動滾筒轉(zhuǎn)動，從而使皮帶運動，即可輸送物料，物料在皮帶上的重量通過測力機構(gòu)檢測后把信號輸入控制器，同時皮帶帶速也通過測速裝置把信號輸入控制器進行計算。電機采用三相電機變頻調(diào)速。秤重機構(gòu)采用全荷式結(jié)構(gòu)、雙傳感器，消除物料偏載對稱重精度的影響。 電機采用三相電機變頻調(diào)速即 通過調(diào)節(jié) 變 頻器的輸出頻率達到調(diào)速的目的，變頻器給定電壓信號的范圍是 ０～１ 0Ｖ 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 定量給料 ；變頻調(diào)速； PLC控制 II Weight feeder PLC control system Abstract Designed speed of the subject dosing machine type is type in the digestion and absorption of foreign DEL dosing machine39。s advanced technology, bined with the use of weighing equipment, building materials industry, the actual situation, the domestic design success of a multi advanced technology in one of the new product.
