xxx 大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 I 基于單片機的電子式電能表設(shè)計與研究 摘要 隨著經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展,用電量日益增加,為電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定運行帶來了諸多不良因素。國家采取多費率用電政策,以消峰填谷,平衡用電。復(fù)費率電能表己經(jīng)大規(guī)模取代了單一費率電能表。隨著單片機技術(shù)的日益發(fā)展,以單片機為主控芯片的電子式電能表的生產(chǎn)已成規(guī)模。但是價格低廉、運行穩(wěn)定、可靠性高、抗干擾能力強的電子式電能表還有待開發(fā)。 論文在對電能計量和數(shù)字信號處理理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以美國 ADI 公司生產(chǎn)的 ADE7755 為電能計量芯片,以 89C52 為主要控制芯片,利用單片機技術(shù),設(shè)計開發(fā) 了一款單相復(fù)費率智能電子式電能表。硬件外圍電路采用模塊化設(shè)計。其中電壓電流采樣模塊實現(xiàn)了將電網(wǎng)中的不可直接測量的大電壓大電流轉(zhuǎn)變成為可以用來處理測量的小電壓小電流。電源模塊為整個智能電表提供了穩(wěn)定的電源。數(shù)據(jù)存儲模塊,紅外通信模塊和 RS485 通信模塊的設(shè)計完成了電能信息的及時存儲和交換。 顯示控制 模塊為用戶提供了清晰,實時的電量信息。軟件分為啟動前的動態(tài)自檢程序,計量電量的電能脈沖采集程序,數(shù)據(jù)信息處理和交換的數(shù)據(jù)存儲程序,通訊中斷子程序。在單片機的核心控制下,實現(xiàn)了電子式電能表電能分時段計量、數(shù)據(jù)通信等功能 。 關(guān)鍵詞 電子式電能表 ; ADE7755;電能計量; 信號處理 xxx 大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 II The design and research of electronic watthour meter based on single chip Abstract With the development of economy and the increase of the electrical quantity, the running of the electric fence is threatened heavily. The government of china has adopted the policy of different prices of the electrical power, in order to keep balance of the electrical quantity consumption. Multirate watthour meter has taken the position of the singlerate watthour meter widely. With the development of singlechip technology, the research of electronic watthour meter is produced in a huge range. But, the lowprice watthour meter which runs stably and has strong ability to resist interference still need to be designed. The paper is based on the research of electric energy measurement theory and digital signal processing theory, mainly utilizes chip ADE7755 produced by ADI pany to measure power, single chip 89C52 to control the whole system. The paper finished the design of the singlephase intelligent Multirate watthour meter. The peripheral hardware adopted module design. Voltage and electricity module converts the high voltage and electricity to low ones that can be measured. The source module provides the whole system stable power. Data storage module, infrared munication module and RS485 module can storage and exchange the power information. LCD module provides users with clear and realtime energy information. Software includes dynamic checking module, power pulse collection module, data storing and exchanging module, interrupted munication module. Under the control of the single chip 89C52, the whole system can measure the electrical quantity in different periods of time and finishes the data exchanging.
