遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 第 I 頁 遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 年產(chǎn) 8 萬噸冷軋薄帶鋼車間工藝設(shè)計 及森吉米爾軋機軋輥使用及質(zhì)量控制 摘要 本設(shè)計說明書是參照 XX 冷軋廠設(shè)計的年產(chǎn) 8 萬噸冷軋帶鋼廠。其典型產(chǎn)品為: SPCC 995 mm。 該論文主要包括四部分內(nèi)容。第一部分是緒論,簡要地概括了冷軋板帶鋼目前發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、相關(guān)技術(shù)以及發(fā)展方向。第二部分是論文的主體部分,從第一章到第七章,詳細介紹了如何設(shè)計冷軋帶鋼廠生產(chǎn)的各個環(huán)節(jié)。設(shè)計時以年產(chǎn)量為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合產(chǎn)品的市場前景合理的分配了各產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量 ,并且制定了一系列的工藝制度,進行了軋機能 力校核,確定了各項經(jīng)濟指標(biāo),最后繪制了車間平面圖。在第三部分,我以森吉米爾軋機軋輥使用及質(zhì)量控制為專題,具體論述了森吉米爾軋機軋輥的成分及制作、磨削加工、配置以及對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的影響。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 冷軋帶鋼;車間設(shè)計;軋制規(guī)程;軋輥 遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計 第 II 頁 ABSTRACT The design is about the process engineering design of a cold rolling strip mill plant, which produces per year,according to Shougang Cold Rolling Strip Mill tipical production is SPCC paper is posed of four parts. The first part is the introduction, which briefly sum up the present development, interrelated technology as well as the development orientation of the cold rolling strip. The second part is the main part referring to Chapter 1 to Chapter 7, which particularly introduces how to design each tache of the production of the seamless steel tube mill. According to the production of a year and these productions’ prospect in the market, I raaesonably distribute the production of them, design the rolling operation system for the product, check the rolling mills’ producting capacity and calculate the economic qualification, and draw a plan figure for this workshop. In the part three, I particularly discuss the use of the mill, discuss mills’ ponents and manufacture, grinding, configuration and effect on product quality in detail.
