【正文】 本科機(jī)械畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 CAD 圖紙 401339828 I 摘 要 本次設(shè)計(jì)的題目是 3201Z 型自卸車(chē)改裝設(shè)計(jì)。該自卸汽車(chē)是以 EQ3208 型自卸車(chē)底盤(pán)改裝 , 3201Z 型自卸車(chē) 近幾十年來(lái)它在國(guó)內(nèi)外獲得迅速的發(fā)展與普及，它最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是實(shí)現(xiàn)了卸貨的機(jī)械化，從而提高卸貨效率。 不僅可以減輕工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，還可以促進(jìn)國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)速度， 關(guān)系到國(guó)家重點(diǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)和發(fā)展。同時(shí)在自卸車(chē)研究和生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，也帶動(dòng)了鋼鐵，化工等其它很多行業(yè)，又提供了大量的工作崗位，減輕就業(yè)壓力， 并日趨完善，成為系列化多品種的產(chǎn)品。 因此，自卸車(chē)的發(fā)展是很有必要的。 所以本文以 3201Z 型自卸車(chē)為設(shè)計(jì) 題目，設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容有以下幾個(gè)方面 ,確定3201Z 型自卸車(chē)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案 。對(duì)舉升機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)及其力學(xué)分析 。對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) 。對(duì)車(chē)廂的結(jié)構(gòu)及副車(chē)架的設(shè)計(jì) 。對(duì) 3201Z 型自卸車(chē)進(jìn)行整車(chē)性能分析。最后所設(shè)計(jì)出來(lái)的自卸車(chē)能夠承載 11 噸的貨物 ,舉升時(shí)間為 15s 的一款自卸車(chē)。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：系統(tǒng)；車(chē)廂；改裝；設(shè)計(jì)；分析；機(jī)械化本科機(jī)械畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 CAD 圖紙 401339828 II ABSTRACT The design is the subject of the design modifications and 3201Ztype dump truck.
