Operations, with tea and kneading drums in the concave disc with inner edge of bone rubbing a plane turning, rubbing barrel, rubbing plate relative motion and automatic pression device loads to be there rubbing the barrel of tea flip and rub the law, leaf cell damage, tea out of, the cable and tight, thereby enhancing the degree of automation, rolling machine, adaptability, quality and stability of rolling. Tea twisting is the important process in the tea processing, through the Tea twisting, part of tea cells will be destroyed, then containing ingredients will transform and synthesize, aroma lasting longer time, the appearance is more orderly. Therefore, Tea twisting is the key procedure in the forming of high quality tea. Tea twisting leaf quality first depends on fresh leaves physical properties (including soft, toughness, plasticity and sticky and tender), next decided to the function of the tea twisting machine. And the damage rate of twisted shrinkage leaf cells and the rate of article into Tealike strip in the procedure of twisting is a significant index.
