江西冶金職業(yè)技術學院 07 級自考畢業(yè)設計 (論文 ) 1 軸類零件的加工工藝 摘 要 隨著科學技術飛速發(fā)展和經濟競爭的日趨激烈,機械產品的更新速度越來越快,數控加工技術作為先進生產力的代表,在機械及相關行業(yè)領域發(fā)揮著重要的作用,機械制造的競爭,其實質是數控技術的競爭。本次設計就是進行典型軸類零件的數控加工工藝與編程,側重于該零件的工藝分析、加工路線的確定及加工程序的編制。并繪制零件圖、加工路線圖。用 G 代碼編制該零件的數控加工程序,并附以編程尺寸的計算方法,其中零件工藝規(guī)程的分析是此次論文的重點和難點。 關鍵詞 : 數控加工;工藝過程;加工工序;加工路線 To: with the rapid development of science and technology and economic petition bees more intense, mechanical product update speed faster and faster, CNC machining technology as a representative of advanced productive forces, in the machinery and related industry sector plays an important role, machinery manufacturing petitive, essentially CNC technology petition.
