【正文】 河北理工大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）目錄 1 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) 年產(chǎn)生鐵 485 萬噸的高爐煉鐵車間設(shè)計(jì) 河北理工大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）目錄 2 摘 要 高爐煉鐵是獲得生鐵的主要手段，是鋼鐵冶金過程中最重要的環(huán)節(jié)之一，在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中起著舉足輕重的作用。高爐是煉鐵的主要設(shè)備，本著優(yōu)質(zhì)、高產(chǎn)、低耗和對(duì)環(huán)境污染小的方針，設(shè)計(jì)建造一座年產(chǎn)生鐵 485 萬噸的高爐煉鐵車間，本設(shè)計(jì)說明書詳細(xì)的對(duì)其進(jìn)行了高爐設(shè)計(jì)，其中包括緒論、工藝計(jì)算（包括配料計(jì)算、物料平衡和熱平衡）、高爐爐型設(shè)計(jì)、高爐各部位爐襯的選擇、爐體冷卻設(shè)備的選擇、風(fēng)口及出鐵場的設(shè)計(jì)、原料系統(tǒng)、送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、爐頂設(shè)備、煤氣處理系統(tǒng)、渣鐵處 理系統(tǒng)、高爐噴吹系統(tǒng)和煉鐵車間的布置等。設(shè)計(jì)的同時(shí)還結(jié)合國內(nèi)外相同爐容高爐的一些先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)，力爭使該設(shè)計(jì)的高爐做到高度機(jī)械化、自動(dòng)化和大型化，以期達(dá)到最佳的生產(chǎn)效益。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 高爐煉鐵設(shè)計(jì)；噴吹；送風(fēng)；煤氣處理；渣鐵處理 河北理工大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）目錄 3 ABSTRACT Blast furnace ironmaking is a main means to obtain pig iron, and one of the most important links in the metallurgical course of steel, play a role in holding the balance in national economic construction. The blast furnace is the main equipment of ironmaking, in line with the high quality , high yield , low consumption and environmental pollution policy, design and build a blast furnace ironmaking workshop producing irons every year in advance, this design instruction designs the blast furnace detailedly, including introduction, the craft calculating (Including the batching is calculated, supplies balance and thermal balance), the furnace type of the blast furnace is designed, choice of furnace liner of the blast furnace, the furnace body cools the equipment, the tyueres and design the tap iron field, raw materials system , blow system , furnace roof equipment , coal gas disposal system ,slag iron disposal system ,ejection system, ironsmelting of workshop etc.. Combine domestic and international the same furnace volume some advanced production operation experience and relevant data of blast furnace also while the design, strive blast furnace should designed to make acplish highly mechanized , automation and maximizing, in the hope of reaching the best productivity effect.
