【正文】 小型便攜式皮帶輸送機設(shè)計 1 摘要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計是關(guān)于 皮帶輸送機的設(shè)計,首先對輸送機的做了簡單的概述;接著分析了輸送機的選型原則和計算方法 , 然后根據(jù)這些設(shè)計準則與計算選型方法按照給定參數(shù)要求進行選型設(shè)計;接著對所選擇的輸送機各主要零部件進行了校核。 最后對輸送機的主要部件進行了分析 。普通型帶式輸送機由六個主要部件組成:傳動裝置,機尾和導(dǎo)回裝置,中部機架,拉緊裝置以及皮帶。在皮帶輸送機的設(shè)計、制造以及應(yīng)用方面 ,目前我國與國外先進水平相比仍有較大差距 ,國內(nèi)在設(shè)計制造帶式輸送機過程中存在著很多不足。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 帶式 輸送機 ; 選型設(shè)計;驅(qū)動裝置; 主要部件 全套圖紙,加 153893706 小型便攜式皮帶輸送機設(shè)計 2 Small portable belt conveyor design Abstract: This graduation project is about the leather belt conveyer39。s design, first has made the simple outline to the conveyer, Then has analyzed conveyer39。s shaping principle and the putational method, then acts according to these design criterion and the putation shaping method according to assigns the parameter to request to carry on the shaping design;Then to conveyer each main spare part which chose has carried on the examination.。 The popular belt type conveyer is posed of six major ponents; The transmission device,the airplane tail and leads the installment, middle rack, tightening device as well as leather belt.
