Based on the hydraulic control mechanisms of its advantages, senior cars are adopted the hydraulic control mechanisms. This paper studies 2021GSi models (with santana as the research object) adopted the clutch of hydraulic control system by clutch road board, liquid storing female, JinYou hose, main cylinder, work cylinder, tubing assembly, separate board, separation bearing etc, the paper introduces the ponents of the control system, and the working process of the clutch the constraint conditions of manipulated mechanism design. The design of the clutch control mechanisms are the main parameters need checking clutch pedal force, pedal stroke and the free checking applaying behind schedule for the adjustment of all parts of a preparation. Check out all the ponents of institutions need to adjust. 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 iii CATIA V5 can all aspects of the product development process simulation, and can realize engineering personnel and nonengineering personnel electronic munications between. Product the entire development process including concept design, detailed design, project analysis, finished product definition and manufacturing and even in the whole life cycle of product use and maintenance. This paper also introduces the main function, based on the catia catia powerful 3d modeling ability, and bining with the data, can check get manipulated mechanism of clutch 3d modeling. 【 key words】 : clutch
