【正文】 編號 南京航空航天大學 金城學院 畢業(yè) 設(shè)計 題 目 離合器操縱機構(gòu)設(shè)計 學生姓名 學 號 系 部 機電工程系 專 業(yè) 車輛工程 班 級 指導教師 年 月 南京航空航天大學 金城學院 本科 畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 誠信承諾書 本 人 鄭 重 聲 明 ： 所 呈 交 的 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 （ 論 文 ）（ 題目： ）是本人在導師的指導下獨立進行研究所取得的成果。 盡本人所知， 除了畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文）中特別加以標注引用的內(nèi)容外，本畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文）不包含任何其他個人或集體已經(jīng)發(fā)表或撰寫的成果作品。 作者簽名： 年 月 日 （學號）： 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 i 離合器操縱機構(gòu)設(shè)計 摘 要 離合器操縱機構(gòu)主要的作用是使離合器完成接合和分離的動作，操縱機構(gòu)按分離時所需的能量分為機械式、液壓式、彈簧助力式、氣壓助力機械式及氣壓助力液壓式等等；根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)型式以機械式 (以繩索式為主 )操縱機構(gòu)和液壓式操縱機構(gòu)兩種較為普遍，相對繩索式操縱機構(gòu) , 液壓式操縱機構(gòu)有很多優(yōu)點。基于液壓式操縱機構(gòu)的種種優(yōu)點 , 中高級轎車均采用了液壓式操縱機構(gòu)。 本文所研究的車型 （以桑塔納 2021GSi 為研究對象）的 離合器 所采用的 液壓操縱系統(tǒng)由離合器路板、儲液雌、進油軟管、主缸、工作缸、油管總成、分離板、分離軸承等組成 ，本文簡單介紹了整個操縱系統(tǒng)中各部件的工作過程，以及 離合器操縱機構(gòu)設(shè)計的約束條件 。 離合器操縱機構(gòu)的設(shè)計中需要校核的主要參數(shù)有 離合器踏板力 、 踏板行程 的校核以及 自由行程的校核 ，為后面一張各部件的的調(diào)整做準備。校核過后就需要對機構(gòu)的各部件進行調(diào)整。 CATIA V5 可以對產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程的各個方面進行仿真，并能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)工程人員和非工程人員之間的電子通信。產(chǎn)品整個開發(fā)過程包括概念設(shè)計、詳細設(shè)計、工程分析、成品定義和制造乃至成品在整個生命周期中的使用和維護。 本文還介紹了 catia 的主要功能，基于 catia 強大的三維建模能力，同時結(jié)合校核得到的數(shù)據(jù)，可以對離合器操縱機構(gòu)進行三維建模。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 離合器 ， 操縱機構(gòu) ， 設(shè)計 ，三維建模。 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 ii The design of clutch manipulated mechanism Abstract Modern cars are most often mechanical transmission system, including the clutch is as an independent ponents and exist. In transmission system plays a preach twist, separating transmission, damping and overload protection multiple functions. Clutch first demand manipulated mechanism convenient operation. Portability included two sides, one is added in the clutch pedal force should not by gas power hydraulic excessive (manipulated mechanism), on the other hand is formed correction institutions should be pedal. The role of main clutch manipulated mechanism is to finish the separation of joints and clutch manipulated mechanism according to the movement, the energy required to separate into mechanical and hydraulic, pneumatic booster spring power type, mechanical, and pneumatic booster hydraulic type, etc.。 According to the structural type to mechanical (by a rope type primarily) operation and the hydraulic control mechanisms, two more mon manipulated mechanism relatively rope type, the hydraulic control mechanisms has many advantages. Based on the hydraulic control mechanisms of its advantages, senior cars are adopted the hydraulic control mechanisms. This paper studies 2021GSi models (with santana as the research object) adopted the clutch of hydraulic control system by clutch road board, liquid storing female, JinYou hose, main cylinder, work cylinder, tubing assembly, separate board, separation bearing etc, the paper introduces the ponents of the control system, and the working process of the clutch the constraint conditions of manipulated mechanism design. The design of the clutch control mechanisms are the main parameters need checking clutch pedal force, pedal stroke and the free checking applaying behind schedule for the adjustment of all parts of a preparation. Check out all the ponents of institutions need to adjust. 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 iii CATIA V5 can all aspects of the product development process simulation, and can realize engineering personnel and nonengineering personnel electronic munications between. Product the entire development process including concept design, detailed design, project analysis, finished product definition and manufacturing and even in the whole life cycle of product use and maintenance. This paper also introduces the main function, based on the catia catia powerful 3d modeling ability, and bining with the data, can check get manipulated mechanism of clutch 3d modeling. 【 key words】 : clutch
