【正文】 I 摘要 數(shù)控機床是當今機械制造業(yè)的工作母機,在我國的應用越來越廣泛。對數(shù)控操作人員的培訓已經成為一個非常重要的問題。該文詳細闡述了數(shù)控車床的功能、特點和廣州數(shù)控車床操作過程。利用 VB6. 0 作為開發(fā)工具,設計出基于網絡的數(shù)控車床操作仿真軟件。該仿真軟件具有基于 Windows 全中文的操作環(huán)境,良好的人機交互界面,便于學生學習。同時該軟件能實現(xiàn)數(shù)控車床的基本操作過程。包括各級子界面操作,同時能完成程序的打開輸入、保存、選擇,圖形界面顯示區(qū)的范圍設定,刀具偏置參數(shù)輸入等功能,并在仿真過程中實現(xiàn)數(shù)據的動態(tài)顯示和軌跡的 動態(tài)顯示。同時本文還對下一步的工作做出展望,為以后的工作指出方向。 關鍵詞 計算機數(shù)控;模擬仿真;圖形界面; II Abstract Numerical control machine tool is working master in machinemade industry in the current time, which is used more and more in China. It became a very important that train themanipulatorof CNCmachiool. This paper amply discusses the CNC lathe39。s fuNction, characteristics and the operating process of CNC lathe of guangzhou after the LAN39。s posing technologies and basic schemes out operating simulation of CNC lathe basing on work using the tool of software has Chinese operating condition based on windows and well manmachine interface convenient for students to simulation can actualize all process about CJK6032 CNC lathe operating,including the operating of primary interface and every sub interface, and it can achieve such function as programopen ing,input,save,choice, design of size range,of graphical interfaces, eNtering parameter of tool wrap ,also it can dynamic show the data and track in the process of simulation. Finally this paper makes way and expectation to point out next work.
