【正文】 their owncdsvlpa,mxukgf.()ybTqCzjSAX汽車售后服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn) 摘 要 隨著我國汽車工業(yè)的高速發(fā)展，家庭轎車的逐步普及，社會汽車保有量的急劇增加，給汽車售后服務(wù)業(yè)帶來了極大的商機。商家逐漸意識到建立以客戶為中心的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略，努力把售后服務(wù)這一環(huán)節(jié)做好，可以大大增強企業(yè)的管理能力，為客戶提供一流的售后服務(wù)，是企業(yè)建立品牌意識、實現(xiàn)差別化服務(wù)、 取得競爭優(yōu)勢的有力武器。 根據(jù)汽車售后服務(wù)流程的特點和系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)目標，本文 提出了 基于 B/S( Browser /Server) 模式的售后服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型。系統(tǒng)以 ASP 作為開發(fā)前臺的工具，運用SQL Server 2021 數(shù)據(jù)庫作為強大的后臺， Dreamwerver 處理前臺界面及美工，為客戶提供了客戶注冊，信息查看，修改資料等功能，為管理者提供用戶信息管理，車輛信息管理，配件管理以及服務(wù)站管理等功能。 本系統(tǒng)操作簡單，安全性強，可行性好，可以有效減少企業(yè)的經(jīng)營成本，提高工作效率，爭創(chuàng)服務(wù)品牌。 關(guān) 鍵詞 ： ASP， SQL Server 2021, Dreamwerver their owncdsvlpa,mxukgf.()ybTqCzjSAXThe Design and Implementation of Car Service Management Systems Author : Wang Qianhong Tutor : Yang Zhiwu Abstract With the rapid development of China39。s automobile industry, the gradual popularization of family cars, the munity39。s rapid increase of automobiles, the automotive service industry has brought great business opportunities.
