【正文】 their owncdsvlpa,mxukgf.()ybTqCzjSAX汽車售后服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 摘 要 隨著我國(guó)汽車工業(yè)的高速發(fā)展，家庭轎車的逐步普及，社會(huì)汽車保有量的急劇增加，給汽車售后服務(wù)業(yè)帶來(lái)了極大的商機(jī)。商家逐漸意識(shí)到建立以客戶為中心的經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略，努力把售后服務(wù)這一環(huán)節(jié)做好，可以大大增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的管理能力，為客戶提供一流的售后服務(wù)，是企業(yè)建立品牌意識(shí)、實(shí)現(xiàn)差別化服務(wù)、 取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的有力武器。 根據(jù)汽車售后服務(wù)流程的特點(diǎn)和系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)目標(biāo)，本文 提出了 基于 B/S( Browser /Server) 模式的售后服務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型。系統(tǒng)以 ASP 作為開(kāi)發(fā)前臺(tái)的工具，運(yùn)用SQL Server 2021 數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)作為強(qiáng)大的后臺(tái)， Dreamwerver 處理前臺(tái)界面及美工，為客戶提供了客戶注冊(cè)，信息查看，修改資料等功能，為管理者提供用戶信息管理，車輛信息管理，配件管理以及服務(wù)站管理等功能。 本系統(tǒng)操作簡(jiǎn)單，安全性強(qiáng)，可行性好，可以有效減少企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)成本，提高工作效率，爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)服務(wù)品牌。 關(guān) 鍵詞 ： ASP， SQL Server 2021, Dreamwerver their owncdsvlpa,mxukgf.()ybTqCzjSAXThe Design and Implementation of Car Service Management Systems Author : Wang Qianhong Tutor : Yang Zhiwu Abstract With the rapid development of China39。s automobile industry, the gradual popularization of family cars, the munity39。s rapid increase of automobiles, the automotive service industry has brought great business opportunities. Car service process according to the characteristics and the goal of building the system proposed in this paper based on B / S (Browser / Server) mode of the service management system model. System to ASP as a tool for development prospects, using SQL Server 2021 database as a powerful background, Dreamweaver handling front interface and art, to provide the customer registration information to view, modify data and other functions, and provides the user information management, vehicle information management, parts management, and service station management.
