【正文】 實(shí)驗(yàn)室信息管理系統(tǒng) 的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 專業(yè)： 計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)（本科） 姓名： *** 準(zhǔn)考證號(hào)： *** 指導(dǎo)老師： *** 完成日期： *** i 摘要 本文介紹基于 Web 技術(shù)開發(fā)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室信息管理系統(tǒng)（ LIMS）。 系統(tǒng)在 Microsoft Windows XP + Microsoft Access 2021 + 環(huán)境下開發(fā)，使用的主要技術(shù)為 ASP 技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)，并采用了 許多 第三方組件 ，如利用 ASPupload 進(jìn)行文件的上傳。 系統(tǒng)分成管理員子系統(tǒng)和注冊用戶子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。 系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有： ① 設(shè)備預(yù)約管理、 ② 設(shè)備管理、 ③ 易耗品管理、 ④ 物品借用管理、 ⑤ 物品損耗管理、⑥ 試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 下載、 ⑦ 信息發(fā)布管理、 ⑧ 留言板、和 ⑨ 單位換算，同時(shí)管理員還能實(shí)現(xiàn)用 戶管理、數(shù)據(jù)庫備份等。 本設(shè)計(jì)最大的特色是克服了以往一些設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)缺乏交互性的缺點(diǎn)，用戶可以 方便的 查詢設(shè)備 信息 并提交預(yù)約申請，管理員根據(jù)設(shè)備使用情況安排使用時(shí)間。所有預(yù)約信息會(huì)實(shí)時(shí)顯示在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上。 同時(shí)，本系統(tǒng)還擁有功能全面、實(shí)用性強(qiáng)、界面友好、頁面美觀等特點(diǎn)。 關(guān)鍵詞： 實(shí)驗(yàn)室信息管理系統(tǒng)（ LIMS） 、 設(shè)備預(yù)約 、 ASP、 ACCESS、 Aspupload Abstracts This thesis introduces the laboratory information management system developed on the basis of Web technology. This system is developed in the environment of Microsoft Windows XP + Microsoft Access 2021 + . In addition to use of the ASP technology and the database technology in the development of the system, many third party ponents are adopted, eg. ASPupload is applied to upload documents. The system described in this thesis is designed in respect of the administratorrelated subsystem and the userrelated subsystem. The main functions of the system described in this thesis are: ① management of reservation of equipment。 ② management of equipment。 ③ management of consumables。 ④ management of borrowing of articles。 ⑤ management of tear and wear of articles。 ⑥ download of test standards。 ⑦ management of publishing information。 ⑧ message board。 ⑨ measurement conversion。 administrators may also implement management of users, and backup of database, etc.. The main characteristic of this design is that it has overe the shorting of some previous equipment management systems which lack the function of munication between users and administrators. The system described in this thesis enables users to directly search for the equipment required and submit applications for reservation, and enables administrators to make arrangements for use of certain equipment according to the situation of use of such equipment. All information on reservation can be displayed on the work in time.
