【正文】 黃河科技學院畢業(yè)設計 說明書 第 I 頁 汽車售后服務管理系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn) 摘 要 隨著我國汽車工業(yè)的高速發(fā)展，家庭轎車的逐步普及，社會汽車保有量的急劇增加，給汽車售后服務業(yè)帶來了極大的商機。商家逐漸意識到建立以客戶為中心的經營戰(zhàn)略，努力把售后服務這一環(huán)節(jié)做好，可以大大增強企業(yè)的管理能力，為客戶提供一流的售后服務，是企業(yè)建立品牌意識、實現(xiàn)差別化服務、 取得競爭優(yōu)勢的有力武器。 根據(jù)汽車售后服務流程的特點和系統(tǒng)的建設目標，本文 提出了 基于 B/S( Browser /Server) 模式的售后服務管理系統(tǒng)結構模型。系統(tǒng)以 ASP 作為開發(fā)前臺的工具，運用SQL Server 2021 數(shù)據(jù)庫作為強大的后臺， Dreamwerver 處理前臺界面及美工，為客戶提供了客戶注冊，信息查看，修改資料等功能，為管理者提供用戶信息管理，車輛信息管理，配件管理以及服務站管理等功能。 本系統(tǒng)操作簡單，安全性強，可行性好，可以有效減少企業(yè)的經營成本，提高工作效率，爭創(chuàng)服務品牌。 關 鍵詞 ： ASP， SQL Server 2021, Dreamwerver 黃河科技學院畢業(yè)設計 說明書 第 II 頁 The Design and Implementation of Car Service Management Systems Author : Wang Qianhong Tutor : Yang Zhiwu Abstract With the rapid development of China39。s automobile industry, the gradual popularization of family cars, the munity39。s rapid increase of automobiles, the automotive service industry has brought great business opportunities. Businesses e to realize that the establishment of a customercentric business strategy, efforts to service this part well, can greatly enhance the management capacity, providing customers with quality service, is the pany to build brand awareness, to achieve differentiated services tool for petitive advantage, less developed profitable car service industry will bee the focus of automobile manufacturers pete. Car service process according to the characteristics and the goal of building the system proposed in this paper based on B / S (Browser / Server) mode of the service management system model. System to ASP as a tool for development prospects, using SQL Server 2021 database as a powerful background, Dreamweaver handling front interface and art, to provide the customer registration information to view, modify data and other functions, and provides the user information management, vehicle information management, parts management, and service station management. System designed in this paper a simple, safe and strong, good feasibility, reduce business operating costs, improve efficiency, striving service brand.
