摘 要 就是 以液體為工作介質(zhì),利用液體動(dòng)能來傳遞能量的 一種 流體傳動(dòng) ,液力變矩器則是 以液體為工作介質(zhì)的一種非剛性 扭矩 變換器,是 液力傳動(dòng) 的型式之一 。歷經(jīng)百年的發(fā)展,液力變矩器的應(yīng)用不斷擴(kuò)大,在今天,現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的每個(gè)機(jī)械工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的方面我們都能發(fā)現(xiàn)液力變矩器的身影,在大多數(shù)的自動(dòng)擋汽車中,設(shè)計(jì)者都選擇了液力變 矩器作為變速裝置。液力變矩器的研究工作對(duì)我國工業(yè)水平的提高,對(duì)國防事業(yè)的發(fā)展都存在深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 液力變矩器的設(shè)計(jì)主要是指變矩器的循環(huán)圓設(shè)計(jì)、葉片設(shè)計(jì)、特性計(jì)算、整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)以及一些關(guān)鍵零部件的設(shè)計(jì),由于葉片參數(shù)直接影響到變矩器的性能,因而是液力變矩器的設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵是葉片設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 液力傳動(dòng) CL410 液力變矩器 葉片設(shè)計(jì) Abstract In liquid medium for work is, using liquid kiic energy to deliver energy of a fluid transmission, hydraulic torque converter is liquid medium for work of a kind of nonrigid torque converters, hydraulic transmission is one of the type. After one hundred years of development, the application of hydraulic torque converter is expanding constantly, today, the modern society each machinery industrial design of the ways we can find hydraulic torque converter figure, in most of the automaticshift cars, designers, chose the hydraulic torque converter as a variable speed device. Hydraulic torque converter the research for our country industry level, the development of the cause of defense has a deep significance. Hydraulic torque converter design is mainly refers to the torque converter circular circle of design, the blade design calculation, the structure characteristics, design and some key parts of the design, because the blade parameter directly affect the torque converter performance, it is the design of the hydraulic torque converter is the key to the blade design.
