I 沈陽工業(yè)大學(xué)遼陽校區(qū) 高分子材料應(yīng)用技術(shù) 0901 汪錫海 指導(dǎo)老師:李鳳艷 摘 要 聚丙烯是五大通用熱塑性樹脂中最有發(fā)展前途的品種之一,也是制造丙綸纖維的原料。聚丙烯是一種結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)整的結(jié)晶性聚合物,是透明、相對密度低的通用樹脂。 因所用催化劑和聚合工藝不同,所得聚合物性能,用途也不同。 聚丙烯樹脂具有高熔點(diǎn)、高強(qiáng)度、高耐熱性和耐磨性及低蠕變性等優(yōu)良性質(zhì) ,并易于通過共聚、共混、填充等措施進(jìn)行改性。 但 最突出的性質(zhì)是多面性,它能適合于許 多加工方法和用途。 隨著合成工藝的不斷發(fā)展,使我國 聚丙烯工業(yè) 處于迅速發(fā)展之中 。在 未來一段時(shí)間內(nèi) ,市場的強(qiáng)大需求會(huì)推動(dòng)著聚丙烯行業(yè)迅速發(fā)展 。 因此,對聚丙烯車間的設(shè)計(jì)顯得 格外 重要。 通過進(jìn)行本設(shè)計(jì),對聚丙烯工藝形成初步認(rèn)識。按照聚丙烯工藝操作手冊,對設(shè)計(jì)的裝置組成、生產(chǎn)方法、生產(chǎn)制度和工藝參數(shù)的選擇確定合理的操作規(guī)程和指標(biāo)。 主要是為 /年 聚丙烯粉末車間進(jìn)行工藝設(shè)計(jì),主體部分是離心機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)。 設(shè)計(jì)過程中要分別完成催化劑制備及聚合工段和的分離干燥工段過程中的聚合釜、干燥 系統(tǒng)、分離系統(tǒng)和閃蒸 系統(tǒng)的物料及熱量衡算及核算產(chǎn)量,并完成設(shè)備計(jì)算(選型計(jì)算)。最后用 Auto CAD 繪制物 料平衡圖和帶控制點(diǎn)的工藝流程圖。 II 經(jīng)過最后核算,本次設(shè)計(jì)符合預(yù)期要求 , 并且 各項(xiàng)參數(shù)均已達(dá)標(biāo)。 關(guān)鍵詞:聚丙烯;性能;離心機(jī);工藝設(shè)計(jì) Abstract Polypropylene is one of the five general thermoplastic resins that have the most prospering prospect, and it is also the raw material of manufacturing polypropylene fiber. Polypropylene resin is a kind of regularity and crystalline polymer in structure. Because the catalyst and synthesize the craft of uses differently, the performance and the purpose are also has high melting point, high strength, high heatproof, high abrasion resistance, low creepage and so on. And it’s easy to transform property through copolymerization, mixing and filling. Polypropylene most prominent property is versatility, it can suit many processing methods and the use. With the progressive development of our synthesize technolygycraft, polypropylene industry is being in during the rapid development at present, the supply and demand contradictory still will high light in the future, the prospects for development were extremely broad. In future, the heavy market demand likewise impulse the swift growth of polypropylene productive capacity. Therefore, the design of the PP is particularly important. Through this design, we had a rough understanding on PP process. From the III position of the designed plant, production method, production system and process parameters stated in PP process and operation manual, we determined reasonable operating procedures and indexes. This design is mainly about technological for manufacture workshop, its main part is the design of centrifuge. In the process of design, we should plete the preparation of catalyzer and procedure of polymerization, which include polymerizer, flash system, separation system and drying system and finish equipment count(lectotype count).At last we draw material balance diagram and process diagram with reference point by Auto CAD. After checking, this design fits with the anticipated aims, each parameter can reach the standard.
