沈陽工業(yè)大學本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文 煉膠機傳遞料系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 Refined rubber machine transfer material system design 學 院: 機械工程學院 專 業(yè) 班 級: 機自 0704 學 號: 070101119 學 生 姓 名: 趙強 指 導 教 師: 金嘉奇 ( 教授) 2021年 6月 15日 密級: 校內(nèi) 沈陽 工業(yè)大學本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 2 摘 要 橡膠機械行業(yè),尤其是輪胎機械行業(yè),是伴隨中國汽車工業(yè)發(fā)展而成長起來的新市場。隨之煉膠機的發(fā)展亦必不可少的,在煉焦過程中是采用重復煉 焦得到我們需要的成品,在這個過程中一般都是人工搬運,耗費了人力,工作效率也不高。所以一套自動傳遞料系統(tǒng)是必不可少,他能大大減少人力,提高煉焦的工作效率,減少工作時間。傳遞料系統(tǒng)采用帶傳動方式,主動輪,從動輪和傳動帶組成,工作時靠帶與帶輪間的摩擦或 嚙合實現(xiàn)主、從動輪間運動和動力的傳遞 .同步帶與同步帶輪之間沒有相對滑動,從而使主從動輪達到同步。傳遞料使料能多次加工,達到工作要求。帶傳動具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,傳動平穩(wěn),價格低廉,緩沖 吸振及過載打滑以保護其他零件的優(yōu)點。 本文主要 從理論上解析大傾角帶式輸送機物料橫截面積的計 算過程 ,并通過具體實例驗證大傾角皮帶機輸送量的計算的合理性。帶式輸送機作為重要的散裝物料輸送設(shè)備 ,它的應用越來越廣泛 ,同時人們對所使用的帶式輸送設(shè)備的要求也越來越高。普通帶式輸送機鋪設(shè)角度只能達到 12176。 ~ 16176。, 現(xiàn)在采用大傾角皮帶機 ,角度最大可以達到 176。, 如果采用花紋膠帶 ,角度最大可以達到 31176。, 但是必須設(shè)計合理 ,配置先進 ,否則就會物料下滑 等 情況。成為必然趨勢 ,提高大傾角帶式輸送機設(shè)計水平勢在必行。本文以大傾角帶式輸詳細分析大傾角帶式輸送機的橫截面積和輸送量計算方法。 關(guān)鍵詞 :煉膠機; 大傾角 。帶式輸 送機 。橫截面積 。 沈陽 工業(yè)大學本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 3 Abstract Rubber machinery industry, especially in the tire machinery industry, is acpanied by the development of China39。s automobile industry grew up in new markets.
