畢 業(yè) 論 文 ( 設(shè) 計(jì) ) 熱流道 注射模設(shè)計(jì) Design of the Injection Mold Hot Runner 系 別: 機(jī)電工程系 專業(yè)名 稱 : 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及自動(dòng)化 學(xué)生姓 名: 余道江 學(xué) 號(hào): 06090207 指 導(dǎo) 教師姓名、職稱 : 何忠保 副 教授 完成日期 2021 年 4 月 20 日吉林大學(xué)珠海學(xué)院機(jī)電工程系畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) i 摘 要 模具的澆注系統(tǒng)采用了熱流道板后 ,不僅在很大程度上縮短了成型周期 ,節(jié)約了大量的塑料原料 ,減少了再生料 ,而且完全實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)控制過(guò)程。 由 于沒(méi)有冷卻道,所以沒(méi)有水口料的生成,節(jié)約的原料的同時(shí)節(jié)約了冷卻的時(shí)間。一般模具生成周期是 15sec 但是沒(méi)有了冷卻時(shí)間,所以一般的熱流道模具制造產(chǎn)品基本周期都是 10sec。 隨著產(chǎn)品批盡管模具的成本在一次性投資中較高量的增大 ,模具的綜合效益越來(lái)越顯示出明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì)。尤其對(duì)具有一定精度要求的產(chǎn)品在質(zhì)量上有很大的提高。該模具自投產(chǎn)以來(lái) ,一直運(yùn)行正常 ,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造了可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效率。 我的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 就是 是完成 熱流道 注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)。 另附 簡(jiǎn)單的三維實(shí)體造型設(shè)計(jì)。 本次設(shè)計(jì)中得到了何忠保老師的幫助和指 導(dǎo) ,以前的課程設(shè)計(jì)得到了機(jī)電系 的全體老師的指 導(dǎo) ,在此一并向他們致謝。 關(guān)鍵字 : 熱流道,模具 Abstrcat System of mold with hot runner plate, not only greatly shorten the molding cycle, saving a lot of plastic raw materials, reducing the recycled material, and fully 吉林大學(xué)珠海學(xué)院機(jī)電工程系畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) ii realize the process control automation production. Because no cooling channel, so there is no generation of nozzle material, saving raw materials and save cooling time. The general mold production cycle is 15sec but without the cooling time, so the basic cycle of hot runner mold general manufacturing products are 10sec. As the product batch despite the mould cost in a onetime investment in higher quantity increasing, prehensive benefits and die more obvious advantages. Especially with a certain accuracy product in quality has greatly improved. The mold has since put into production, has been operating normally, create considerable economic efficiency for enterprises. In order to improve productivity effict, the mold should produce many products one time. In the mold for insulating board , in order to plastic product remain in movingmold , shoild fix small cores in the moving .
