I 摘 要 聚丙烯作為熱塑性塑料在塑料領(lǐng)域內(nèi)有十分廣泛的應(yīng)用。 因所 使 用催化劑和聚合工藝 的 不同,所得聚合物性能,用途也不同。聚丙烯是一種結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)整的結(jié)晶性聚合物,是透明、相對(duì)密度低的通用樹(shù)脂。聚丙烯樹(shù)脂具有高熔點(diǎn)、高強(qiáng)度、高耐熱性和耐磨性及低蠕變性,還有較好的抗張強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、剛性、耐應(yīng)力、耐化學(xué)腐蝕和電絕緣性,并易于通過(guò)共聚、共混、填充等措施進(jìn)行改性。隨著我國(guó)合成工藝的不斷發(fā)展,聚丙烯以其優(yōu)異的性能越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用于各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,強(qiáng)勁的增長(zhǎng)勢(shì)頭和巨大的需求潛力推動(dòng)聚丙烯行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,旺盛的市場(chǎng)需求同樣也催生 著聚丙烯產(chǎn)能的快速增長(zhǎng)。因此,對(duì)聚丙烯車間的設(shè)計(jì)顯得尤為重要。 通過(guò)進(jìn)行本設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)聚丙烯工藝形成初步認(rèn)識(shí)。按照聚丙烯工藝操作手冊(cè),對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的裝置組成、生產(chǎn)方法、生產(chǎn)制度和工藝參數(shù)的選擇確定合理的操作規(guī)程和指標(biāo)。 主要是為 107 千克 /年聚丙烯粉末車間進(jìn)行工藝設(shè)計(jì),主體部分是聚合釜的選型設(shè)計(jì)。在確定了聚合釜漿料流量的前提下,可以得到聚合釜的直徑D=,然后通過(guò)攪拌器的轉(zhuǎn)速確定攪拌器的功率 P=98kw。 經(jīng)過(guò)最后核算,本次設(shè)計(jì)符合預(yù)期目標(biāo),各項(xiàng)參數(shù)均已達(dá)標(biāo)。 關(guān)鍵詞:聚丙烯;聚合釜;工藝設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract Polypropylene has widespread application as the plastic polymer of hotly models in the plastic domain. With the progressive development of our synthesize technogycraft, polypropylene with excellent performance apply to each region increasingly prehensive, both the tendency of potential and huge demand impulse polypropylene production. the hearty market demand likewise impulse the swift growth of polypropylene productive capacity. Therefore, about the design of the polypropylene workshop seems particularly importance. By doing this design, we can have the preliminary of the polypropylene technological. According to the polypropylene technological operating directory, we can choose the reasonable operating rules and target for the appliance, the method and institution of manufacture, and technological parameter.
