【正文】 江蘇大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文I8kt/a 聚丙烯工段設(shè)計(jì)摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)是年產(chǎn) 8 千噸的聚丙烯工段設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)中按照生產(chǎn)負(fù)荷和設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范,對(duì)聚丙烯生產(chǎn)的工藝流程進(jìn)行了合理的設(shè)計(jì)和適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整;對(duì)反應(yīng)釜、閃蒸釜生產(chǎn)流程的主要設(shè)備,進(jìn)行了工藝尺寸的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,特別對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜的反應(yīng)釜器內(nèi)的攪拌裝置、指形撤熱管以及夾套也進(jìn)行了工藝尺寸的計(jì)算;選擇旋風(fēng)分離器進(jìn)行工藝尺寸的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,并對(duì)冷水泵進(jìn)行了選型??紤]到設(shè)備加工制造、安裝、安全等多方面的因素,并依據(jù)任務(wù)所給的量,采用三個(gè)反應(yīng)釜并聯(lián)和兩個(gè)閃蒸釜并聯(lián)的工藝過程,并進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的物料衡算和熱量衡算。關(guān)鍵詞:聚丙烯;聚合;閃蒸去活;丙烯江蘇大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文II目
