本科畢業(yè) 設(shè)計(jì)( 論文 ) 輕型龍門銑床 XKQ2021 30 設(shè)計(jì) 燕山大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I 摘 要 從研究 數(shù)控龍門銑床 著手,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn) , 設(shè)計(jì)了一臺(tái)用于板 材及多種工件 加工的數(shù)控 龍門銑床 ,滿足了生產(chǎn)和設(shè)計(jì)的要求 。整個(gè) 龍門銑 床主要包括橫縱向進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)、立柱、橫梁、底座、工作臺(tái)等主要組部件。其中所有進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)均采用滾珠絲杠進(jìn)行傳動(dòng),并由 伺服 電機(jī)進(jìn)行驅(qū)動(dòng)。主軸 箱 安裝在龍門架上 , 運(yùn)用類 比法自行設(shè)計(jì)了滾珠絲杠螺母副的制動(dòng)裝置 。 全面闡述了數(shù)控 龍門銑床 的結(jié)構(gòu)原理,設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn),論述了采用 伺服 電機(jī)和滾珠絲杠螺母副的優(yōu)點(diǎn) 。詳細(xì)介紹了數(shù)控 龍門銑床 的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及校核,并進(jìn)行了分析。另外匯總了有關(guān)技術(shù)參數(shù)。 其中著重介紹了滾珠絲杠的原理及選用原則,系統(tǒng)地對(duì)滾珠絲杠生產(chǎn)、應(yīng)用等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了介紹。包括種類選擇、參數(shù)選擇、精度選擇、循環(huán)方式選擇、與主機(jī)匹配的原則以及廠家的選擇等。 關(guān)鍵詞 龍門銑 床 數(shù)控 伺服 電機(jī) 滾珠絲杠 摘要 II Abstract Begins from the research CNC planer type milling machine, to profit from the domestic and foreign advanced experiences, designed one to use in the sheet material and various workpiece the numerical control CNC planer type milling machine, has satisfied the production and the design request. Introduced in detail the numerical control CNC planer type milling machine39。s structural design and the examination, and have carried on the analysis. And has piled the related technical parameter. In which introduced emphatically the ball bearing guide screw principle and selects the principle, To ball bearing links and so on guide screw production, application has systematically carried on the introduction. Including the type choice, the parameter choice, the precision choice, the roundrobin mode choice, the principle as well as the factory choice which matches with the main engine and so on.
