I 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)主要闡述了年產(chǎn) 萬(wàn)噸鎂質(zhì)耐火材料廠在設(shè)計(jì)中的重大問(wèn)題以及方案的選擇。 首先,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求,設(shè)計(jì)原則,產(chǎn)品的種類(lèi)(鎂磚,鎂鋁磚,鎂鉻磚)及工廠的規(guī)模和生產(chǎn)方法,確定出生產(chǎn)的工藝過(guò)程,原料配比和顆粒的組成,各個(gè)車(chē)間的工作制度等。 其次,進(jìn)行物料平衡計(jì)算,主機(jī)平衡計(jì)算,根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行設(shè)備選型。再根據(jù)設(shè)備在工廠中的安裝要求及檢修要求進(jìn)行車(chē)間房布置。 再次根據(jù)主機(jī)設(shè)備的需要對(duì)輔助設(shè)備進(jìn)行選擇。選擇出合理的輔助設(shè)備并且確保主機(jī)設(shè)備正常高效運(yùn)行。 接著,對(duì)初步設(shè)計(jì)完成后的每個(gè)車(chē)間視其自身的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行合理的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)編制。 最后,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)中遺留的的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了討論。另外本設(shè)計(jì)中穿插有設(shè)備的外形尺寸圖和工藝布置圖,便于閱讀和理解。 關(guān)鍵詞 :工藝設(shè)計(jì) ,鎂磚 ,鎂鋁磚 ,鎂鉻磚 II Abstract This design describes the major issues of an annual 35,000 tons output of magnesia refractories plant in the design mainly and explained choices of the program. First, according to design requirements, design principles, product type (brick, magnesia brick, magnesiachrome brick), the plant size and production methods,it is to determine the production process, the proportion and position of particles, each workshop work system and so on. Second, it is to work out the material balance, and the host balance. And then, according to the result, it is matching the equipment type and it is arranging the factory according to installation of requirement and examination in the factories. After that, it is to draw up the reasonable technology and economy due to the each workshop39。s self character after finishing the first design. Finally, it is to discuss the missing issues of design. Moreover, there are papers of equipment39。s appearance and arrangement in the design. It is convenient to read and understand.
